This software calculates probabilities of failure and graphs failure assessment diagrams (FAD)for girth welds on pipelines. The probabilities and graphs are based on the limit state function developedby the Engineering Mechanics Corporation of Columbus to describe the failure of girth welds in pipes. Inaddition, the software calculates sampling frequencies of the stochastic parameters to obtain a desiredconfidence in estimation of the probability of failure. Also, implemented a three-dimensional model in“GirthRel” for the Engineering Mechanics Corporation of Columbus.
