You are a powerhouse ofenergy and sincerity, and coupled with your enthusiasm for your work and your organization, it was an easydecision for us to choose MTZ to partner with on this event – and we were not disappointed. In fact, youcontinually amazed me at how good a fit you were with our company and with the philosophy of BP and theconference. Your attention to detail and knowledge of the industry are impressive, your willingness to workwith us when it came to budget and process issues was appreciated, and your ability to adapt and run withlast minute changes was praiseful. And to complement your strengths you had a phenomenal team.Alex Zamacola was phenomenal! As our Registration Manager (and resident psychologist), Alex wasnothing short of a superstar! We could not have asked for a better person to lead our Registration Deskand be the first point of contact for our delegates. Over 98% of the delegates who returned the evaluationforms rated the registration desk staff with top marks. Alex, along with her team, Carmen and Olympia,were literally thrown into the fire on the Registration Desk with lots of verbal information and conferencematerials to relay to guests – and they handled this beautifully. It was as though they had been involvedwith the conference for weeks considering how quickly they absorbed the new information. They alwayshad smiles and were quick to make adjustments as needed.Cesar Escuin was wonderful as the Transportation Logistics King – “Real Cesar”. As the first point ofcontact for guests at the airport, his job was vital in setting the starting tone for the meeting, and he wasperfect! There were more changes than not with the arrivals for this group and Cesar accommodated thisinstantly and always with a smile – departure day was the same. For the transfers to and from theOlympic Stadium for our teambuilding day, he could not have run a smoother operation. His team was sowell managed and coordinated that when I came to assist them, all our teams were accounted for, loadedonto coaches and ready for departure… it could not have been easier.And last, but certainly not least, is our amazing Program Manager, Africa Ruiz. She was the calm behindthe storm! With the number of changes on this event, Africa was hands-on from emergency shoppingtrips, to photocopying, to updating forms. There is nothing that this pro can’t find!
