Section 1137 - Tobacco of the Crystal City Code is amended by revisingSection 1137.01 as follows:1137.01. Definition. “Tobacco” means cigarettes; e-cigarettes and similarproducts or any part of such products containing and/or delivering nicotine orlobelia intended for human consumption; cigars; cheroots; stogies, perique;granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco; snuff,snuff flour; cavendish; plug and twist tobacco; fine cut and other chewingtobaccos; shorts; refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco andother kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable forchewing or smoking in a pipe or other tobacco-related devices. means anysubstance or product containing tobacco leaf, including, but not limited to, cigars,cigarettes, snuff, chewing tobacco, dipping tobacco or cigarette paper orwrappers.Sec. 2.
