Danske Bankboosts Family SupportAn amazing £383,000 has been raised by Danske Bankstaff and customers for us since January 2011 – and thebank is aiming to hit a target of £400,000 by the end ofthe year.Every penny raised goes towards our Family SupportService. The money raised so far has enabled this vitalservice to grow and help even more children and youngpeople where a parent or grandparent has cancer.Joyce Savage, Head of Appeals and Marketing, said: “Wewould just like to say a big thank you to everyone whohas donated to numerous fundraising events.“In the last year the number of families we were able tohelp rose from 78 to 84 and the demand for our one-tooneservice has risen by 30%.
