Although several of the analyzed post-loss signal reports were determined to be hoaxes, Gillespieruled out the hypothesis of an illegal transmitter "given the numerous constraints militating againstsuccessfully perpetrating a signal transmission hoax.""We do not really have hoax transmissions but rather reports from people who, for whatever reason, claimed to have heard something they did not hear," Gillespie said.To make multiple transmissions, the Electra plane needed to run the right-hand, generator-equippedengine to recharge the batteries."The safest procedure is to transmit only when the engine is running, and battery power is requiredto start the engine," said Gillespie. "To run the engine, the propeller must be clear of obstructions, and water level must never reach the transmitter."To verify the hypothesis that the plane landed on Nikumaroro's reef, TIGHAR researchers analyzedtidal condition on the island from 2 to 9 July 1937, the week following Earhart disappearance. It emerged that transmission of credible signals occurred in periods during which the water level onthe reef was low enough to permit engine operation.According to Gillespie, at least four radio signals are of particular interest, as they weresimultaneously heard by more than one station. The first signal, made when the pilot had been officially missing for just 5 hours, was received by theItasca, and two other ships, the HMS Achilles, and the SS New Zealand Star. The Itasca logged “We hear her on 3105 now - very weak and unreadable/ fone” and asked Earhartto send Morse code dashes.http://fxn.ws/K3SMlhhttp://news.discovery.com/adventure/amelia-earhart.htmlhttp://news.discovery.com/history/amelia-earhart-jars-island-photos-120530.html

The Achilles did not hear “very weak and unreadable” voice, but heard Itasca’s request and hearddashes in response. The SS New Zealand only heard the response dashes. In other cases, credible sources in widely separated locations in the U.S., Canada, and the centralPacific, reported hearing a woman requesting help. She spoke English, and in some cases said she wasAmelia Earhart. In one case, on July 5, the U.S. Navy Radio at Wailupe, Honolulu heard a garbled Moorse code: “281north Howland - call KHAQQ - beyond north -- won’t hold with us much longer -- above water -- shutoff.”At the same time, an amateur radio operator in Melbourne, Australia, reported having heard a"strange” code which included KHAQQ, Amelia's call sign.According to Gillespie, the re-analysis of the credible post loss signals supports the hypothesis thatthey were sent by Earhart’s Electra from a point on the reef at Nikumaroro, about ¼ mile north of theshipwreck of the British freighter SS Norwich City."The results of the study show a body of evidence which might be the forgotten key to the mystery. Itis the elephant in the room that has gone unacknowledged for nearly seventy-five years," saidGillespie.

Despite having to attend six different high schools, she was able tograduate on time.Earhart was called "Lady Lindy" because her slim build and facial featuresresembled that of Charles Lindbergh.Earhart refused to don typical flying gear -she wore a suit or dress insteadof the "high-bread aviation togs," a close-fitting hat instead of a helmet, didn't put on her goggles until she taxied to the end of the field andremoved them immediately upon landing. She developed a friendship with Eleanor Roosevelt, who wanted to learnhow to fly. Earhart had planned to teach her, for which the First Lady evengot her student permit.Earhart met Orville Wright at the Franklin Institute in Philadelphia in 1937,the same year she disappeared.Earhart had such an impression on public that people often wrote and toldher about naming babies, lakes and even homing pigeons "Amelia."The United States government spent $4 million looking for Earhart, whichmade it the most costly and intensive air and sea search in history at thattime. She was the 16th woman to receive a pilot's license from the FAI (LicenseNo. 6017).

Quote of the month-"Give me control over a nations currency, and I don't care who makes the law."Mayer Rothschild, 1912(1 year before founding the Federal Reserve)Mayer Amschel Rothschild (23 February 1744 – 19September 1812) was the founder of the Rothschild familyinternational banking dynasty that became the mostsuccessful business family in history. In 2005, he was ranked7th on the Forbes magazine list of "The Twenty MostInfluential Businessmen Of All Time". The business magazinereferred to him as a "founding father of internationalfinance".Meyer [2] Amschel Rothschild was born in 1744 in the ghetto (called "Judengasse" or Jew Alley) inFrankfurt am Main, Germany, one of eight children of Amschel Moses Rothschild (d. 1755) andhis wife Schönche Rothschild née Lechnich (d. 1756). [3][4]The ancestry of the Rothschilds can be traced back to 1577 to Izaak Elchanan Rothschild, whosename derived from the house he occupied in the Judengasse — zum roten Schild ("at the sign ofthe red shield"). [5] His grandchildren and descendents took this name as the family name andkept it when they relocated in 1664 to another house in the Judengasse — Hinterpfann (literally"house in the back of the saucepan") [6] — which became the family's home and business locationthrough to the early 19th century. The father of Mayer Amschel had a business in the trade of goods and currency exchange. He wasa personal supplier of coins to the Prince of Hesse. The family home above the shop had a frontwall only 11 feet (3.4 m) wide, where more than 30 people lived at that time.It is told that this charter expires in December of this year, while it is also toldthere is no expiration date, but Congress can terminate the charter. It is up toyou to find the accuracy of the timetable of the Federal Reserve.

The month of June, 2012, may very well go down in history as the turning point of our great Republic. I realize that is a pretty bold statement,so let me explain my thoughts as to why I strongly believe this will be the case.Sometime between the 28th, to the 31st of June, the Supreme Court will announce their decision on two very important issues. The first is theconstitutionality of the infamous Health Care Law. The second is whether the Arizona Immigration Law violates constitutional law. Regardless of whichway they decide on either of these issues, the results will be seen as a double edged sword. The Health Care Law:If the court upholds the Health Care Law as constitutional, the outcry from a majority of the American people will be deafening. Recent polls indicatethat a very large percentage of the American people are not in favor of this law. The possibility of a revolt would certainly not be out of the question, ifthis law is allowed to stand, simply because it would prove once and for all that all three branches of government no longer function as intended. If the court's final decision is that the Health Care Law is unconstitutional, it would strike a fatal blow to the current administration. The passing ofthis law was a big feather in Obama's hat, and is one of the key issues of his reelection campaign. Don't think for one moment that if this law is struckdown, that there won't be some form of retaliation. Obama would be backed into a corner, knowing that his chances of being reelected are injeopardy, forcing him to take desperate measures in order to stay in office. The possibilities of what those measures would be are almost endless, butcould include such things as a false flag event massive enough to justify the implementation martial law, thus suspending the November elections. And we are all well aware of the consequences that would bring. The Arizona Immigration Law:Regardless of the fact that Arizona's Immigration law was written to reflect federal laws already in place, the DOJ has seen fit to argue that the law isunconstitutional. Again, the Supreme Court's final decision on this matter will be huge. If the law is struck down, it not only violates states rights, itimplies that federal law is also unconstitutional. This would open the door for Obama and his administration to address the immigration issue as theyplease. A very dangerous situation, indeed. However, if the court declares the Arizona law constitutional, there is a good chance that radical groups such as La Raza will react with violence, triggering a racial war like this country has never seen. We've already seen several attempts by minority groups to incite violence, so this is a very realdanger. As you can see, the month of June may very well prove to be the turning point for America. I hope that you have all taken the necessary steps toprepare for what is coming, because it is clear that time is very short. Don't panic. Stay aware of the developments taking place this month, and youwill be fine.As Brothers and Sisters of the Watchmen of America, we stand a much better chance of riding out the approaching storm, than most others. Becausewe stand together, there is hope. And because we stand together, we will succeed.God Bless.OldBulldog

History: Second Amendment Right to "Keep and Bear Arms"The right to keep and bear arms as a part of English and American law antedates notonly the Constitution, but also the discovery of firearms. Under the laws of Alfred theGreat, whose reign began in 872 A.D., all English citizens from the nobility to thepeasants were obliged to privately purchase weapons and be available for military duty.1This was in sharp contrast to the feudal system as it evolved in Europe, under whicharmament and military duties were concentrated in the nobility. The body of armedcitizens were known as the"fyrd".

MEMORIAL DAY: In 1788, Ohio law required ALL men aged 16-50 to bear armsOhio MomentsSoldiers fined 50 cents for lack of weaponryOn July 25, 1788, the first Ohio law to establish and regulate a militia was published in Marietta. Itmandated all men between 16 and 50 perform military duty. They were required to arm themselveswith a musket and bayonet, a cartridge box, powder horn, one pound of powder and four pounds oflead. They also were ordered to drill every Sunday.By November, fines were implemented for those who failed to meet the requirements. For example, asoldier with no musket and bayonet had to pay 50 cents. Those who failed to show up for drill werefined 25 cents. Refusing guard duty cost them $1. And failure to serve in case of invasion meant acourt-martial.In 1791, the law changed the day of the weekly drills to Saturday. Those who drilled didn't have to goto church on Sunday. But those who attended church services - with their guns - were exempt fromdrill."To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them." (Richard Henry Lee, Virginia delegate to the Continental Congress, initiator of the Declaration of Independence, and member of the first Senate, which passed the Bill of Rights.)"The great object is that every man be armed . . . Everyone who is able may have a gun." (Patrick Henry, in theVirginia Convention on the ratification of the Constitution.)"The advantage of being armed . . . the Americans possess over the people of all other nations . . . Notwithstandingthe military establishments in the several Kingdoms of Europe, which are carried as far as the public resources willbear, the governments are afraid to trust the people with arms." (James Madison, author of the Bill of Rights, in hisFederalist Paper No. 46.)"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and beararms, shall not be infringed." (Second Amendment to the Constitution.)
