Demonstration Script – contains content and format to enable a NAVSEA orFleet representative to clearly present the tool to shipboard evaluators.Include in the final draft version of the compact disk VTMP development tool the mitigatingactivities section of the database enhanced with best management practices collected by theGovernment from ship and Shoreside guidance documents throughout the Fleet and provided tothe contractor.<strong>Instruction</strong> 2: VTMP Development Tool (Website Tool Package) Support – Based onprevious feedback provided by the Government on the compact disk package, transition thecompact disk VTMP development tool and User’s guide to the Web using the ShipEnvironmental Information Clearinghouse (SEIC) website. Migrate the existing MS Accessdatabase to the SQL database used by the SEIC website. The website tool package will also beenhanced with the following capabilities, but not limited to, tracking users, retaining copies ofVTMPs, and monitoring compliance with the VTMP development requirements.Provide four versions (alpha, beta, final draft, and final) of the website tool package,including a revised user guide and demonstration script, to the Government to evaluate andreview.The Government will evaluate each version of the website tool package for:1. Content – organized and presented to be consistent with the data provided bythe Government.2. User interface – guides a shipboard evaluator to easily build a VTMP.3. Delivery system – compatible with shore-based Navy Marine Corps Intranet(NMCI) computers equipped with Microsoft Explorer software, ServicePack 2.4. User guide – provides information for a shipboard evaluator to easily use thetool.5. Demonstration Script – contains content and format to enable a NAVSEA orFleet representative to clearly present the tool to shipboard evaluators.6. Monitoring capability – tracks users who have developed and updated VTMPsand provides summaries for monitoring authorities at NAVSEA and the Fleet.GOVERNMENT FURNISHED INFORMATION (GFI): The contractor will be furnishedwith all pertinent documentation within five (5) working days of funding provided.
