Recreation Information& Registration FormUnless otherwise noted, registration is handled by personnelat the Parks and Community Services Ofce, 14075Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, CA 92553. Registrationfees will not be accepted at class locations by instructors.Registration is conducted on a rst-come, rst-servedbasis. All fees must be paid at the time of registration.Registration fees and class days are subject to change.Of ce Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30p.m. (closed holidays and Fridays). For information onclasses, programs or holiday schedule, call 413.3280 orvisit the Web site at www.moval.org.Registration fees for all programs and activities, includingmonthly classes, are due at least four working days PRIORto the activity. Participants must bring a paid receipt to the rst class. Child care services areavailable for children in kindergarten through twelveyears old. Child care is provided from after schooluntil 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
