Local TelephoneHigh-Frequency Cablesof KSPP, KSPZP, KSPPB, KSPZPB TypesPART VIIIFUNCTIONThe cables are designed for interchange links and subscriber lines with transmissionsystems with temporary division of channels and pulse-code modulation withtransfer rate up to 2048 Kbit/sec with remote power supply voltage up to 500 V ofdirect current.DESIGNCurrent-carrying conductor – soft copper wire of 0,90 mm, 1,20 mm diameter.Insulation – polyethylene, belt insulation – polyethylene.Screen – alumina polyethylene tape. Armour – steel corrugated armour of 0,1 mmthickness with overlapping without welding is lapped lengthwise.Sheath – hose polyethylene.Hydrophobic filling – hydrophobinol.SERVICE AND ASSEMBLY CONDITIONSFactory length – not less than 750 m, bolts – not less than 100 m in a quantity not lessthan 10% from overall length of a consignment dispatched to a single address.Operating temperature range – from -50°C to 50°C under conditions of hardwiring, and from -10°C to 50°C under conditions of assembly and service bends, bendingradius not over 15-fold diameter of the cable. Ultimate stress of the sheath not lessthan 4,9 MPa.Strength of lengthwise rupture for 0,9 mm diameter – not less than 588 N, for 1,2 mmdiameter – 882 N is supplied on drums. The cable’s sheath is air-tight.REGULATIONSTU BY 400424686.010 – 2009Type of cableNominal diameter ofcopper conductorNominal insulationthicknessKSPP, KSPZP 0,9 0,95 14,0KSPPB, KSPZPB 0,9 0,95 14,5KSPP, KSPZP 1,2 0,80 14,0KSPPB, KSPZPB 1,2 0,80 14,5SpecificationMaximal outsidediameter of cableNear-end crosstalk attenuationbetween cable’s circuitsconverted to 750 m length withdigital influencing signal inthe form of a pseudorandomsequence (PR sequence), notless than, dB:At 1024 Kbit/sec transfer rate forconductor of 0,9 and 1,2 mm diameterAt 2048 Kbit/sec transfer rate forconductor of 0,9 and 1,2 mm diameterfor 100% of values – 64 for 100% of values – 59for 80% of values – 67 for 80% of values – 6243
