wanted to officially welcome everyone in<br />
North America to the spring season. With the<br />
winter behind us and the new rental order<br />
being delivered, it is important to remember a few<br />
things around our operation:<br />
• Safety is a top priority for our Employees and Customers.<br />
• In-Service new units as soon as possible and if you have problems with<br />
licensing, please escalate to your RM immediately.<br />
• Monitor all No Longer Earning units- this should be a review with the SM and<br />
your RM to get units to work.<br />
• Make sure all locations are stocked with water bottles and all refrigerators are<br />
customer facing.<br />
• Help all customers to the video boards to explain how to use the rental unitsnew<br />
automatic transmission video and reefer video.<br />
• Verify all contact information is correct in the agreement on all transactions.<br />
• All new customers must be called to verify the driver is authorized to pick up<br />
unit.<br />
Thank you for a great 1st Quarter and looking forward to much success for<br />
