GENERAL INFORMATION
ACCESSIBILITY
If you have access concerns/questions, require assistance, or need accommodations, please see a conference staff
member at the check-in station in the MSC Atrium.
EVALUATIONS
In order to assess and improve the conference in the future, your feedback is needed. There will be individual workshop
evaluations for participants to complete and submit at the end of each workshop. In addition to completing the overall
conference assessment, students must also visit at least two Resource Fair vendors after the closing ceremony in
exchange for an ISLC ACHIEVER shirt!
PROGRAM SCHEDULE CHANGES
If any changes are made to the scheduled programs, signs will be posted throughout the Marshall Student Center and
announced during the general and small group sessions.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We would love for you to share your experience at ISLC with your friends using the hashtags at the bottom of this page!
However, as a courtesy to presenters, speakers, panelists, and attendees, please be modest with your cell phone use
during group sessions.
NAMETAG INFORMATION
Your nametag for today shares a lot of important information with everyone. Please find your Group Number under your
name and attach the appropriate ribbons to highlight your graduation year and academic achievements. Ribbons can
be found at the registration table. Attendees also have the opportunity to include preferred gender pronouns on their
nametags. When you talk to people today, pay attention to the name and pronouns they provide and try your best to use
them. We want ISLC to be an open, welcoming space and appreciate your willingness to join your fellow participants
and mentors in making everyone feel included today!
RESOURCE FAIR
Now it is YOUR time!
After the Closing Ceremony please attend the Resource Fair to connect with campus departments and
resources for opportunities to get involved and find success across campus. Be sure to visit at least 2
tables before submitting your evaluation. This is your chance to meet your BELIEVERS and take the first
step in ACHIEVING your DREAMS.
