Product Maintenance Forms – July 2013• A new selection NIP Required is added to the Additional Food Information section.If Yes is selected, the fields in the Nutritional information Panel are mandatory.If No is selected, All Nutritional Information Panel fields are not mandatory and aregreyed out.• Liquor Article Type WINE-STILL will have a new field added: Sweetness of Still Wine inthe Liquor Details section, with possible values:– DRY– MEDIUM DRY– MEDIUM SWEET– SWEET– UNCLASSIFIED– UNIDENTIFIED* Liquor Article Type BEER will have a new field added: Flavoured or Mixd Ingredients inthe Liquor Details section, with possible values:– FLAVOURED BEER– MIXED BEER DRINKS– NO, BEER ONLY– UNIDENTIFIED2

Product Maintenance Forms – July 2013• Liquor Article Types: WINE – FORTIFIED and WINE-SPARKLING will have a new fieldadded: Type of Bottle Closure• WET Tax field under Liquor Details section has been renamed to WET• The Packets Per Random Weight Case will become an optional field. This is to ensureproducts that are received as random weight but have only one packet, are setupcorrectly.3

Product Maintenance Forms – July 2013Woolworths Price Form (WPF)• New Pricing Groups are now created: Sales Org (Division) level Zone Pricing Groups.This would be used if you supply the same Unit of Measure to different Sales Orgs(Divisions) with the same Source of Supply but have a different cost.• The Geography selection under Pricing Information section will now allow a maximumof 18 characters to cater for Zone Codes and Sales Organisation Zone Pricing GroupCodes.• If you are unsure if you have a Vendor Site Group Cost or Sales Orgn (Division) ZoneCode, please consult your Woolworths Business Manager. Information will be sent out toVendors advising them of their relevant Zone Code or Sales Organisation Site GroupCode.• If a Vendor has both Sales Organisation Site Group Cost and Vendor Site Group Cost,they will need to submit a Price Form for each level on a separate day.• Please Note: The rule of not submitting two Price Forms for the same Article on thesame day still exists.4
