Soft-close door mechanism<br />
An anti-slam hydraulic damper fitted into<br />
the door hinge enables the door to be<br />
closed quietly and gently.<br />

Automatic slow-cooking programmes<br />
Meat is gently cooked at a low temperature<br />
for a long period of time retaining the<br />
natural aromas of the meat for tender and<br />
succulent results.<br />
FlexiClip fully telescopic runners<br />
The optional FlexiClip telescopic runners make<br />
loading and unloading the oven away from the<br />
heat of the oven very easy. They are simply<br />
clipped into the existing shelf runners and are<br />
PerfectClean coated for easy maintenance.<br />
Side opening door<br />
A new side opening option on selected<br />
models in our single oven range provides a<br />
110° door opening angle for easy access and<br />
convenience.<br />
The new ergonomic handle allows perfect<br />
symmetry of appliances when combining with<br />
other generation 5000 appliances.<br />
Wireless food probe with<br />
time left display<br />
The food probe on top-of-the-range<br />
appliances is wireless and has its own<br />
slot in the door for storing it when it’s<br />
not needed. By monitoring the core<br />
temperature and calculating the time<br />
required for cooking you are assured of<br />
perfect results without having to oversee<br />
the cooking process.
Stainless steel with CleanSteel<br />
surface<br />
All stainless steel ovens have a<br />
special CleanSteel finish which provides a<br />
highly durable surface that resists marks<br />
such as fingerprints. It is very easy to wipe<br />
clean without having to resort to special<br />
cleaners.<br />
SensorControl pyrolytic cleaning<br />
For effortless maintenance this selfcleaning<br />
programme reduces food residue to ash<br />
which can be simply wiped away. The<br />
cleaning duration is controlled automatically<br />
and the time left is shown in the display.<br />
An AirClean catalyser ensures odours are<br />
taken care of too.<br />
Moisture Plus<br />
Moisture Plus is perfect for a wide range of<br />
different foods such as bread, cakes, pork,<br />
beef, chicken, soufflés and bakes. Food<br />
comes out of the oven tender, light and<br />
succulent on the inside with a delicious,<br />
glistening finish.<br />
Night baking on Automatic programmes<br />
with Moisture Plus<br />
This programme starts by proving the dough<br />
and then pre-bakes it briefly. It then delays<br />
the final baking process to ensure bread<br />
and rolls emerge fresh from the oven at<br />
a pre-programmed time. Perfect for your<br />
