Sowhy not grab your needles and knit alongto see how the design progresses?FRONT PANELSBlock 1Cast on 39 sts using 3mm needles andyarn A.Work in the foll stripe sequence (this isnot indicated on the chart): Yarn B, 1 row;Yarn C, 1 row; Yarn A, 1 row.Note: Do not cut off yarns A, B and C, butcarry them up the side of the work.Rows 1-4: Beg with a RS row work chartrows 1-4, rep the 7 st patt rep 5 timesacross each row.Rows 5-52: Rep chart rows 1-4, 12 times.Cast off sts with RS facing towards you.Block 2With RS facing and using 3mm needlesand a long tail of yarn D (still joined to theball, leaving the ball at the start of thecast-on), pick up and knit 37 sts along thecast-off edge of Block 1.
