Your Christmas party booking must be made by 31st July 2012. All offers are subject to limited
availability. All offers are valid until 28th February 2013. Weekend stays are based on two people
sharing a twin or double room. This offer is only available to groups of 10 or more. Costs are per
person. These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
The dining offer is only available during a consecutive 2 or 3 night stay booked in January or
February 2013. Dishes must be selected from a promotional menu. The dining offer is only
available to guests 18 and over unless the wine is substituted for a soft drink. Courses or wine
not taken cannot be redeemed for cash. Wine can be exchanged for a soft drink only. The wine
measure will be 125ml and will be the house red or white. These offers are not available at the
following London Marriott hotels: County Hall, Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott, Grosvenor
Square, London Heathrow, Kensington, Maida Vale, Marble Arch, Park Lane, Regents Park,

TERMS & CONDITIONS
ABERDEEN MARRIOTT HOTEL
- All Packages are Subject to availability
- All alterations to a booking are to be confirmed in writing
- Christmas residential and New Year events require a deposit of £30.00 per person with
remaining balance due by 30th November 2012
- All monies paid in advance are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and cannot be used to pay
for any other goods or services. Party organisers are requested to inform everyone in their
party of this policy.
- Any bookings made after the 9th November 2012 will require full pre-payment at time
of booking.
- Prices quotes are inclusive of VAT at the current at the time of booking and are subject to
alteration should the VAT rate change.
- All Party Night bookings will require food and wine pre-orders 14 days prior to the event.
- All Christmas Day bookings must be confirmed on the enclosed booking slip with a
£30.00 deposit per person. Full pre-payment is required by 30th November 2012.
- All Party Night bookings will be treated as provisional and will be held for no more
than 7 days pending receipt of the completed booking form with deposit of £15.00 per
person within the aforementioned 7 days. Remaining balance is due 4 weeks prior to
your arrival date.
- All prices and information were correct at time of going to press and are subject to change
without notice.
- The management reserves the right to amalgamate parties or move events to a smaller
room to ensure optimum numbers.
- The management reserves the right, in unusual circumstances or in case of under
subscription, to cancel or re-arrange events. In this case an alternate date or venue will be
offered or a full refund given.
- All special diets should be notified to the hotel at least 14 days before the event. No
additional cost will be incurred for these meals provided they are within the cost of
the meal chosen. When notification is given less than 14 days or no notice is given, an
additional charge equal to 60% of the menu cost will be levied.
- All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed with a credit card number.
- Any outstanding accounts must be settled on departure.
- The management reserves the right to refuse admission and to escort a guest off the
premises whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate.
- Children under 16 years cannot be admitted to the evening Christmas parties or to the
New Years Eve Event.
Please retain a copy of these terms and conditions for your reference.
Marriott require all food supplies to be free of genetically modified ingredients
and have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that none of the foods on our menus
contain GM ingredients, GM additives or GM flavouring.
