Ad-a-Glance<br />
There are three ad holders inside the <strong>Xpressnap</strong> <strong>Counter</strong> model (2 side holders: 9.5” width x<br />
4.125” height and 1 top holder: 9.5” length x 6.5” width). Pull out the napkin tray to access the<br />
ads in the holders. There are downloadable Ad-a-Glance templates on <strong>Tork</strong>USA website at:<br />
http://www.torkusa.com/Pages/Campaigns/CampaignTool/Default.aspx?id=160061<br />
It is recommended to print the ads on heavy card stock and to trim to the sizes stated above.<br />

Preventive Maintenance<br />
Troubleshooting<br />
Problem: <strong>Napkin</strong>s are shredding or tearing as they dispense.<br />
• Be sure that the number of napkins in the dispenser does not exceed capacity (450<br />
napkins).<br />
• Inspect the side tabs (on the inside of the face plate) and the mouth on the face plate.<br />
Any contaminate in these areas that the napkins catch on while dispensing could be<br />
causing the issue.<br />
• If the problem continues after following the previous steps, contact the SCA Tissue<br />
Quality Coordinator. Please try and locate the date code on the case of napkins before<br />
calling.<br />
Problem: Any other problem not stated above.<br />
• Contact the SCA Tissue Quality Coordinator.<br />
Contacting SCA<br />
Before contacting SCA, locate and make note of the date code inside of the dispenser. The date<br />
should either be stamped or on a sticker located inside the dispenser (see photo below).<br />
