This is an orchestrated effort to improve communication and share good and relevant news with you from around the business. The launch of the e-letter, however, did not mean the demise of the quarterly company magazine! Earlier this year we conducted a research survey within the business, regarding CD Link. We had a fantastic response and have taken on board and listened to your views, comments and some of your great suggestions for features and articles. As promised we are delighted to launch the ‘new look’ in-house magazine 6Sess! 6Sess will remain quarterly but has a different design, feel and emphasis to it … concentrating on in depth profiles on initiatives, contracts, industry news and of course most importantly, 6Sess people! From 6S to 6Sess We have previously reported the launch of the 6 ‘S’ Vision in the first issue of the e-letter. The vision is a clear statement of where we want the business to be in 2015. Over the coming weeks, months and years the 6S Vision will become an integral part of the ethos of the Clancy Group…in effect the Clancy ‘approach’ to business. To identify, complement and reinforce the 6S communication message we are delighted to announce the launch of the new 6S brand flag. Designed by Marketing Communications Assistant, Katie Simmonds, the brand flag is intended to immediately associate the message to the 6S Vision. Clancy Docwra Director, Colin Waugh, said of the launch, “The 6S Vision is here to stay and the ethos it represents will become known not only throughout the business as ‘our approach’ to conducting business, but through commitment from all employees it will become known to clients as well. Therefore it is important that the 6S brand is adopted and recognised within the company.” The 6‘S’ Vision is: Skilled: Our outstanding reputation, our skilled and valued workforce and supply chain distinguishes us in the marketplace. Secure: A family business – we enjoy it! Reinforcing our culture and promoting from within the business. Successful: A £250m+ profitable and diversifying business.
