<strong>VAMPS</strong> <strong>AT</strong> <strong>SEA</strong> REGISTR<strong>AT</strong>ION FEE: In addition to the cruise fare, a $150 per person Event Fee is due on or before final<br />
payment. Since this is a private event, only those passengers booked through our agency will be admitted to our Vamps at Sea<br />
events. You will be issued I.D. Badges.<br />
DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT: A $350 per person deposit ($700 per cabin) is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due<br />
on or before March 20, 2012. Payments may be made by check, credit card or Pay Pal.<br />
PAYMENT PLAN: An optional customized monthly payment plan is available for you without service or finance charges.<br />
AIRFARE & TRANSFERS: Please call us for quotes for airfare and transfers.<br />
ABOUT YOUR SHIP: Imagine doing all this on board the beautiful Zuiderdam which will be your “floating resort” for our<br />
week-long Vamps at Sea Cruise Adventure. When you’re not hanging out with us at our private events, you’ll have plenty of<br />
time to enjoy the Pools, Spa, Gym, Restaurants, Lounges and open Decks. Whether it’s cold and rainy or warm and sunny, the<br />
mysterious beauty of Alaska is yours to discover.<br />
THE FOOD: Since we humans still enjoy eating, the chefs will be working around the clock preparing your favorite foods and<br />
this is included in your cruise fare! So is room service!<br />
TELL YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS: This is the perfect family vacation. The ship is fun for people of all ages. What if your family<br />
members are not into vampire genre? (Hard to believe, I know). No problem. They will have plenty of shipboard activities and<br />
entertainment to enjoy.<br />
PRE-REGISTR<strong>AT</strong>ION FOR YOUR CRUISE: After booking your cruise you will receive a booking number. Please go to<br />
www.hollandamerica.com Type in your booking number and fill out the cruise On Line Check-in.<br />
GR<strong>AT</strong>UITIES: Holland America will charge approximately $12 per person per day to your onboard account for gratuities for<br />
your cabin steward and dining room stewards.<br />
PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP: Each passenger must bring proper proof of citizenship. A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED. Anyone<br />
without proper proof of citizenship will be denied boarding.<br />
AGE REQUIREMENTS: If you are under 21 years of age the cruise line requires that you travel with someone 21 years or older in<br />
the same cabin or in a cabin nearby. Certain exceptions may be allowed.<br />
CANCELL<strong>AT</strong>ION AND REFUNDS: If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:<br />

Cancellation Penalties begin on April 9, 2012. All cancellations must be received in writing. Name changes or additions will be<br />
allowed at Holland America’s discretion and are subject to cancellation charges, change fees and rate increases. Cruises Cruises<br />
Cruises reserves the right to cancel this event due to lack of participation in which case you will receive a full refund. A<br />
minimum of 200 passengers must sail for this event to take place.<br />
