New Office in Midhurst
We are delighted to announce the opening of our Midhurst office in time for Easter and the busy
spring market. William Baigent will head up the residential side of the office alongside Jacqui Green,
both of whom live locally and have considerable estate agency experience of the area. Simon Lush
will look after professional and agricultural work and has strong links in Midhurst as both his father
and grandfather were doctors in the town for almost 75 years between them.
With the opening of this new office, our regional coverage is unparalleled and combined
with our strong London connections we can expose all properties to the widest market.
We have already been invited to see many properties and provide marketing advice, for a
spring sale. We are committed to building on our success and reputation

Building Bognor Regis a Brighter Future
In January of this year St. Modwen Properties held the
first of two public consultation exhibitions, displaying their
initial concepts for the regeneration of the Regis Centre
and Hothamton sites in Bognor Regis town centre. Over
2200 attended the exhibition where they were able to
view the initial proposals and speak to representatives of
St Modwen and its consultancy team about the concepts
presented. Following analysis of feedback from the first
January consultation, St Modwen will present more detailed
designs on all aspects of the proposals at a second public
exhibition in late spring/ early summer.
Through the proposed regeneration of the two sites St. Modwen aims to
create a year round destination and a new urban community to enhance the
day-to-day experiences of both residents and visitors alike. The vision is to
re-establish connections between the town centre and seafront whilst
providing a wide range of quality leisure, entertainment, residential and
community facilities in landmark buildings, set in spectacular public spaces.
Proposed regeneration of the Hothamton Site will provide a ‘gateway’ to the
town from the north and will include the provision of retail (possibly a food
store), new office space for the County Council and high quality affordable
housing within a new landmark tower to redefine views of the skyline.
In contrast, the focus of the Regis Centre site is to provide a mixed
development of leisure and entertainment activities for all ages. St Modwen
proposes an Entertainment Centre with flexible space for live performance,
film, music, art galleries and conference space, sitting alongside a new
bowling alley, restaurants, cafes, and possibly a hotel and a new expanded
multi-use library. All of this, including further residential provision, is proposed
to be set within a new seafront landscape with space for a whole range of
outdoor activities - from pockets of quiet relaxing reading areas to space for
volleyball, outdoor performance and other uses.
Car parking on the two sites will increase from the current provision
with additional spaces provided for specific residential, leisure and

along antique items and collectables they are considering selling at auction for a free estimate

Emsworth office not only successfully sell properties we also on
occasions, when our clients need more help, act on a retained
basis to negotiate on potential properties that they are interested
in through other agents. This worked to a fine scenario recently
with a client in Hayling Island who we sold their water front
house for over the guide price and successfully negotiated a
bungalow, also on the Island, saving the client £12,500, from the
original asking price.

raise money for Christians Against Poverty (CAP)*. Please help
