All Rappahannock Electric Cooperative (REC)
member-owners are invited to attend REC’s Annual
Meeting on Aug. 9, 2008, at Courtland High School
in Spotsylvania County. Registration will be open from
8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Breakfast will be served from
8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m., and there will be community
displays and exhibits of many Cooperative products
and services. Entertainment will be provided in the
auditorium from 9:45 a.m. to 10:20 a.m.
The business session will be called to order at 10:30
a.m. Four directors are to be elected, and you will
learn about REC’s achievements during 2007 and
our exciting plans for the future.

REC is pleased to present the candidates for election
to the Board of Directors for the 2008–2011 term.
You can vote for the candidates by attending the
Annual Meeting, Aug. 9, 2008, at Courtland High
School in Spotsylvania County, or by completing and
returning the Designation of Proxy Card from the
front cover of the July issue of Cooperative Living.
