Polyamide Meryl® Skinlife
Skinlife Performance by Meryl Actissystem – Special performance thanks to Meryl®
Skinlife microfiber. Inherent silver particles inhibit bacterial growth, maintain the
biological balance of the skin and reduces unpleasant odours. It feels cool on the
skin regardless of any activity level. Meryl® Skinlife is a permantent feature in your
garment and it remains present after more than 30 washes, ensuring total
freshness and comfort.
Polyamide Nanoglide TM
Nanoglide TM reduces the friction between skind and fabric considerably, cools and
dries quickly and decreases the risk of blistering and irritation of the skin.
Cotton
This is a soft heat-resistant vegetable fiber used in garments since 3.000 B.C. It
absorbs and retains moisture, is readily washable and available in a wide veriety of
types and qualities. It can be up to one fifth of its weight in water before it actually
feels damp. Long staple combed cotton is generally considered to provide the
finest quality cotton yarn for socks.
Polyester Coolmax®
This is a high performance, four-channel polyester fiber that is engineered to
move moisture and speed the eation of perspiration. It is a superior fiber for
wicking action, drying time, moisture absorption and transport.

Acrylic
The synthetic fiber is soft, warm, lightweight, machine washable, fastdrying and
long wearing. It is resistant to shrinkage, sagging, stretching and does not itch. It is
also excellent for cushioned products and has high wicking properties.
Polyamide Cordura®
For everything from casual day hikes and snowboarding to hunting and fishing.
Cordura® fabrics offer outstanding durability in the great outdoors – no matter
what the climate. Socks made with Cordura® fabrics have outstanding abrasion
resistance.
Dri-Release® Wool
Combines the best of both worlds – the ease of care of a synthetic and the
aesthetics of a natural fiber. Dri-Release® Wool – the latest development for
optimum comfort and performance.
Elastane
The synthetic fiber is strong, lightweight, flexible, comfortable, machine washable
and shape retentive. Elastane can stretch over five times its relaxed length and
fully recover. A common trademark for elastane is Lycra®.
Merino Wool
The highest, finest and best type of wool obtainable. Merino wool is listed as a
Class One wool. Merino Wool does not itch and is shrink treated to hold its size
and shape.
Microfibre
Is a very thin fibre, low maintenance and extremly elastic. These facts and its soft
touch add to the high wear comfort. Microfibre is especcially abrasion resistant
and easy-care.
