– CALL FOR CONFERENCE ABSTRACTS

wastewater?
Have you been
working on
an interesting or innovative project
that you would like to share with
colleagues in your field? If so, the
2016 WEAO Conference may be the
perfect opportunity for you to present
and share your studies, projects, and
experiences. Last year, over 15 students
and young professionals submitted and
presented articles covering all aspects
of the industry.
The WEAO YP Committee strongly
encourages all students and young
professionals to submit abstracts
for the conference. Aside from the
inherent prestige of presenting at
the conference, some additional
benefits include:
• Company exposure: presenting a
paper may allow you to showcase
the work that you have been doing
at your company.
• Enhanced conference experience:
presenting at the conference
allows you to take a part in the
WEAO conference, meet other
professionals interested in your
work, and have a more fulfilling
conference experience.

by preparing a paper and a
presentation, you will have the
chance to dig deeper into a topic or
project you are passionate about,
speak to others in the field, and
learn from their experiences.
