Villa Penthouse-Split is a spectacular luxury villa on the Split Riviera of Croatia. Perched on a hilltop overlooking the Adriatic Sea, this masterpiece of contemporary design features panoramic vistas from its ample terrace and exquisite interiors. Three deluxe bedroom suites make your vacation rental an ideal setting for families or couples. Guests enjoy access to amenities at the nearby Radisson Resort, which includes a swimming pool.
Savor enchanting days in the Mediterranean sun, luxuriating in the exquisite light on elegant sun loungers. Soothe your body with a session in the sauna and a dip in the hot tub. Walk five minutes to Trstenik Beach or ten minutes to Žnjan Beach, or enjoy a plunge in the Radisson pool. Return for sunset champagne while gazing on the Dalmatia Coast.
Perhaps the most extraordinary feature of the villa is the elliptical glass wall enclosing the main living areas of the home, inviting panoramic vistas into the living and dining areas. Multiple glass doors create a lovely flow of air and space, ideal for dinner parties or relaxing evenings together. Savor aperitifs in the sumptuous lounge with TV, and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Gather around the beautiful dining table for a sea-view feast. The villa also features an exquisite and secluded office space for quiet work or study. The beautiful décor, at once understated and exquisite, combines natural materials and lines with contemporary design principles, evoking the unique beauty and modernist sophistication of one of Europe's finest coastlines.
The bedroom suites share the same luminous serenity as the rest of the home. Each has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with stand-alone shower and tub. With accommodations for six, the villa is an excellent choice for destination wedding guests, or even couples seeking a spacious setting for their honeymoon or romantic escape.
The villa enjoys a fabulous location along the Split Riviera. Just minutes on foot from the Radisson Blue and two of the region's most beautiful beaches, you're also a short drive to Duilovo and Bene Beach. The famous marina of Split is only seven kilometers down the coast, while Marjan is six kilometers away. You're only three kilometers to Old Split Diocletian's famous palace.
Located right in the heart of Avignon, one of the Provence region’s most popular cities, this nine bedroom luxury estate is the perfect host for an unforgettable outdoor event. Whether it’s a wedding, corporate retreat, or a family get together, Manoir d-Avignon is an absolutely beautiful setting for every occasion.
Recently renovated by the Alexandre LaFourcade architectural team, Avignon is old-world luxury at its finest. Its stone facade and symmetrical design is the epitome of traditional Provencal style. Surrounded by lush gardens, outdoor seating areas, and a beautifully ancient water fountain, Avignon’s entire estate is absolutely breathtaking. Inside, you’ll be greeted by the massive foyer with stairs leading to the second floor loft area. From there, the living areas, all decorated in elegant French fashion, have their own unique styles, while remaining true to the overall concept. Ornate features like stone fireplaces, chandeliers, and exposed wood beams can be found throughout. The kitchen is a chefs dream. Stocked with high end appliances and cookware, ample countertop workspace, and a bright clean atmosphere, it’s sure to inspire.
Some of the other features inside Avignon’s walls include, Sky Television, Apple TV, a library, Wi-Fi, an exercise room, and a home cinema. Along with rental you’ll have two chefs and two waiters on staff, daily housekeeping, and daily buffet breakfast. Outside, in the picturesque gardens designed by famed landscape architect Susan Bednar, you’ll find a swimming pool, alfresco dining for twenty, corn and wheat fields, and a private tennis court.
Just minutes from Manoir d’Avignon is the cities downtown core. You could spend weeks exploring all the historical sights, museums, art galleries, and fine French restaurants and cafes of this ancient part of Southern France. A great place to start is The Palais des Papes Square, probably Avignon’s most famous historical sight, built in the fourteenth century, it’s where the popes fled when escaping the corruption of Rome.
Just outside downtown Mykonos, perched a top one of Greece’s rolling hillside, you’ll find Villa Solelia. Overlooking Elia Beach, this private vacation home has two beautiful components to its dynamic view. First, an endless ocean view of Aegean Sea. Second, across the bay you’ll see the intricate Cycladic architecture of authentic Greek homes, a small community woven through the lush green hillside. Truly the best of both worlds.
Solelia too, is designed in ancient Greece’s Cycladic style, although this luxury villa has a few more trendy, modern ingredients. Staying true to its roots, Solelia has the all white colour scheme, the soft rounded edges, and open-air philosophy. Modern additions come in the forms of an outdoor wet bar and barbecue, elegant lighting fixtures, and high-end appliances. In traditional Greek fashion, the open concept living room and fully equipped kitchen spill out on to the terrace, creating a massive, unified indoor/outdoor space. Perfect for hosting.
Outside, Solelia’s spacious terrace is home to several picturesque vantage points. Designed to capture unique vistas from every angle, Solelia has many scenic outdoor living, dining, and lounging spaces. The “L” shaped infinity pool, outlined by a rustic rock wall and shrubbery, is the terrace’s main attraction, aside from the ocean view of course. Solelia also comes with satellite television, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and daily housekeeping.
Just a kilometre down from Solelia, you’ll find the white sands and crystal waters of Elia Beach. Stocked with sun loungers and straw beach umbrellas, it’s paradise and it’s barely a minute away. A little further and you’ll be in the downtown area of Mykonos. In the west part of town you’ll find the iconic windmills and little Venice area. The north is where all the museums reside. And, for more beach exploration, head south to the coast.
