The Entry Level Awards in Creative
Craft are aimed at learners who wish
to progress to Level 1 qualifications,
or those below Level 1 who wish to
develop their skills in creating a craft
item. These awards aim to introduce
learners to craft and design
materials, and enable learners to
combine these materials to create a
craft item.
Qualification Structure
These qualifications consist of one
mandatory unit.
To be awarded this qualification,
learners must successfully complete
the one mandatory unit of the
qualification they’ve chosen.

This qualification aims to:
• enable learners to develop basic
skills in craft
• provide learners with underpinning
knowledge of the craft process
