Building upon research conducted<br />

by James Reed and Paul Stoltz (PhD),<br />

these qualifications provide learners<br />

with the knowledge needed to<br />

identify a programme <strong>of</strong> study that<br />

is aligned to clearly defined, realistic<br />

job goals.<br />

Learners will understand how to<br />
