SAFETY IS A CONCERN, AND PEOPLE WANT MORE INVESTED<br />

Less than four <strong>in</strong> 10 (39%) people th<strong>in</strong>k Birm<strong>in</strong>gham is<br />

a good place to ride a bike overall, and when you dig<br />

deeper there are clear concerns about safety.<br />
