About Us<br />
R & A Enterprises was established in 1990 as an electrical subcontracting business to perform<br />
commercial, residential and service work throughout the Roaring Fork Valley.<br />
In 1993, the company established R & A Enterprises of Western Colorado, Inc. to provide infrastructure<br />
services for the telecommunications installations of such clients as Qwest and Level 3 Communications.<br />
In 2014, we opened our R&A of Montrose LLC office in Montrose to service the Telluride and<br />
Uncompahgre Valley area.<br />
Currently, both R & A Enterprises of Carbondale and R & A Enterprises of Western Colorado provide<br />
electrical subcontracting services throughout the Western Slope Region. In addition to our substantial<br />
local service department and our high end residential subcontract work, our business focus also includes<br />
the growing natural gas industry in the Piceance Basin, where we currently subcontract with several<br />
large Oil & Gas Services providers.<br />
With recent growing interests in going green we have a team member that is devoted to helping with<br />
Energy Efficient projects and helping our clients obtain energy rebates for these projects.

Rounding out our business services is Innovative Electronic Systems, Inc., our electronics systems<br />
division, which we purchased in 2002 and have expanded in the years since, to include sales and<br />
installation of motorized shade systems.<br />

Our company is financially sound. We have the people, equipment and systems in place to undertake<br />
projects ranging in size from $1,000 to $25 million. Our financial history and proven performance allow<br />
us to provide bonds for any project if requested to do so.<br />

With an average house value in Aspen at $1.3 million there is a certain attentivemenss that must be<br />
expressed. Our clients demand the highest care be taken with their homes – whether we’re repairing an<br />
electrical issue or installing new fixtures our electricians are equipped with drop clothes, shoe covers<br />
and cleaning supplies to ensure that your home is protected during our visit. For New Construction bid<br />

Energy Efficient Lighting<br />
Since 2011 R&A Enterprises has been helping our clients go green with their lighting projects. With an<br />
average of over 40 projects per year we help our clients from start to finish with the design, rebates,<br />
product supply and installation. We work closely with our energy providers and local energy coaches to<br />
make sure we provide a high quality solution that will benefit our customers. Below are links with<br />
additional rebate information. For most commercial projects we are able to combine rebates to cover<br />
50% of the project cost, generally up to $5,000 per project.<br />
