In June, in collaboration with the County Court we<br />
launched the Serious Injury Manual. The Manual was<br />
developed by Matthew Weatherson (JCV) and Morgan<br />
Nyland (County Court of Victoria), with guidance from<br />

and complex cases. At the launch of the Manual,<br />
Judge Jim Parrish remarked that the Manual was so<br />
comprehensive, even a new-comer to the field could<br />
write a serious injury judgment after reading the manual.<br />
College Journal<br />
The inaugural edition of our Journal was launched<br />
in June. A special edition of the Journal featuring<br />
papers from the ‘Human Rights Under the Charter: the<br />
Development of Human Rights Law in Victoria’ conference<br />
was launched in October. A third edition was released<br />
