The ingredients for the applications come from the plants
of the Bregenz Forest. Their original powers have been
worked into an innovative, highly effective care system
for the face, body and overall wellbeing. The proportion
of energy-rich active ingredients is particularly high in
all Susanne Kaufmann products. The strictest ecological
principles form the basis of everything:
• All products are manufactured with the utmost care
in a small factory in the Bregenz Forest.
• The plant ingredients used come from their own
ecological herb cultivation and wild collections.
• Each product batch is personally checked by Susanne
Kaufmann before being bottled by hand.
• Instead of the oil-based products normally found in
industrially manufactured cosmetics, there are local
oils, herbal extracts and flower essences used.
• The products do not contain any chemical preservatives,
colourings or PEG compounds and are not
tested on animals.

Professor Ericson was a specialist in Biotechnology
and Cell-Extraction. He was one of the first scientists in
France to introduce Cell Therapy for treating skin problems.

Check Up you get a detailed written test result and many tips for
the workout at home.

Krumers PWC Test

The PWC test is a sub maximum test for calculating your fitness
and compare with persons of your own age. The PWC-test measures
the aerobe capacity of a cyclist. This happens by comparing
the supplied power (watt/kg body weight). The PWC test is a test
where power (watts) increases every 2 minutes until you reach a
heart rate of 130 (untrained), 150 (trained) or 170 (well trained).

SPA Etiquette
Take your time
Please check in with the spa reception 10 minutes prior your appointment
in order to enjoy the entire treatment time. In case of
late arrival, please note that your treatment time will be
reduced accordingly to respect subsequent guests.
Making an appointment
In order to secure your treatment of choice, we recommend
making an appointment with our spa reception prior to your arrival.
In house our team os happy to advise you directly at our SPA
reception.
Cancellations
Please cancel your appointment no later than 24 hours prior
to the beginning of your treatment. Unfortunately, later
cancellations will result in charges of the total fee.
Clothing
Please arrive in a bathrobe for your treatment. In order
to protect your privacy, we offer you disposable underwear
and we work with various covering techniques. Please wear swimwear
in the pool. For sanitary reasons, no clothing is allowed in
the sauna area.
Relaxing areas
Valuables
As we take no responsibility for any loss we suggest leaving your
valuables in your room safe.
Eating and Drinking
Please do not take any glasses, cups or food in the resting areas.
Mobile phone
Out of consideration for other guests we kindly ask you to turn
your mobile phone off.
Towels
Please put used towels in the laundry basket at the reception when
leaving the spa area.
Opening hours
Please find the opening hours in the information map in your
room and in the elevator.
Day of departure
If you would like to extend your holidays you can use the spa area
on the day of your departure for € 25,- including our little afternoon
snack in the restaurant.
We also ask you to be mindful and silent in the resting areas.
Please do not reserve your lounger – our staff is instructed to clear
empty loungers.
Children
The spa area is a place of tranquility and for adults only. Please
note that only children of 16 years of age and older are admitted in
these areas.
