experienced property<br />
professional Claire Bailey,<br />
who works alongside a<br />
team of specialists in our<br />
central Brighton office.<br />
Originally from Cornwall, Claire<br />
studied at the University of Surrey<br />
and worked in London for several<br />
years. She moved to Brighton in<br />
2002 and has worked in the property<br />
industry ever since, starting out as a<br />
property manager before progressing<br />
to the roles of team leader and senior<br />
property manager.<br />
As a result, she understands exactly<br />
what property owners and freeholders<br />
expect when handing over the<br />
management of their building to<br />
an expert.<br />
The block management department is<br />

Claire was instrumental in the creation<br />
