department is led by
experienced property
professional Claire Bailey,
who works alongside a
team of specialists in our
central Brighton office.
Originally from Cornwall, Claire
studied at the University of Surrey
and worked in London for several
years. She moved to Brighton in
2002 and has worked in the property
industry ever since, starting out as a
property manager before progressing
to the roles of team leader and senior
property manager.
As a result, she understands exactly
what property owners and freeholders
expect when handing over the
management of their building to
an expert.
The block management department is
committed to delivering a high-quality
service that can be tailored to meet

Claire was instrumental in the creation
of our block management department
and is responsible for devising the
key aspects of its service. She prides
herself on the friendly and personal
approach that is taken to block
