Synopsis
Sankeshwar Tirth at Somaiya Ground
Sahitya Satkar Samaroh with Param Pujya Acharya Ratnasunderji Suriji Maharaj from
1st to 10th Jan at Somaiya ground, Sion. On this auspicious occasion, a 10 days event
called YATRA 300 is being organized to create worldwide positivity and virtuousness.
YATRA 300’s message is “FEEL THE CHANGE”. The key highlights of the event shall be
400 ft long and 60 ft high “Entrance Gate”. Since Acharya Sri has been able to make
this memorable journey of literature YATRA 300 will also witness the 40 ft high idol of
Goddess Saraswati and its temple. Due to Innate belief of followers on the famous Jain
pilgrimage a replica of Sankeshwar Tirth shall be ‘crafted for the first time in Mumbai.

Launching of 300th Book “Maru Bharat, Saru Bharat” (Languaues of Gujarati, Hindi,
Marathi & English). Acharya Sri’s authored 300 books has covered almost all kinds of
subjects of the society.
A beautiful young J.J. School of Arts student named Shilpa
Hegde (Tanvi Hegde) is very much in love and obsessed with a
Cardiologist Kartik Sardesai (Milind Gawali) a successful Doctor
and who is married to Vaijanti Sardesai (Smita Shewale) a Lawyer
and is five months pregnant; Shilpa believes that Dr. Kartik
will leave his wife Vaijanti for her. Vaijanti gets suspicious about
Dr. Kartik having an affair with someone, but finally comes to
know about his affair and she decides to leave him, his family
life falls apart, Even after Vaijanti has left Dr. Kartik, he doesn’t
go with Shilpa to see the Taj Mahal in Agra which was her
dream. That leads to Shilpa into depression, and shilpa takes
drastic steps with the help of her friend Samar (Amit Dolawat)
who is madly in love with her.
At the same time One of Dr. Kartik’s patients Ayushi Parab
(Mausami Hadkar) accuses him of assault, and files a deformation
case against him, and after his family life his practicing
career is also jeopardized, Shilpa’s madness lead Dr. Kartik into
more trouble, he is arrested for murder of the same patient
who had filed a case against him. His wife Vaijanti decides to
come back to him to support him.
Shilpa can’t stand Dr. Kartik’s Love for his wife and decides to
end her life.
But as the story is shifted from Shilpa’s Perspective to D. Kartik’s,
the surprising truth about their relationship is revealed.
Trend changing Marathi

A trend changing Marathi film song, Premika from a film
FRIENDS, was launched in a glittering function in Mumbai.
Swapnil Joshi & Sachit Patil, Star duo of the film were
present along with composer Pankaj Padghan & singer Vijay
Marathi film industry is enjoying a thumping response
from genext. Youth, particularly teenagers & college students
are contributing in big way to the Marathi cinema.
Premika is specially made for youth. This song has been
filmed at Lavasa, a panoramic hill station near Lonavala.
Fresh, youthful & lady-killer look of Swapnil Joshi has added
glamour to the song. Use of helicam is also a special
feature of this song.
Vijay Prakash, the singer of this song hails from south &
a well known voice there. He has sung many items for
legendary music composer A. R. Rehman. This is Vijay
Prakash`s debut Marathi song.
