ABOUT THE AUTHORS

Sam Sims

Sam Sims is a Research Manager at Centre for London,

where he works on infrastructure, housing and public

services. Between 2010 and 2013 he worked at the

Institute for Government, where his research focused on

public service markets and decentralisation. Sam has a

PPE degree from Oxford and an MSc in Policy Analysis

and Evaluation from the Institute of Education.

Jonathan Roberts

Jonathan Roberts is MD of his consultancy JRC

Ltd. He is an adviser to the Old Oak and Park Royal

Development Corporation, and to local authorities

including Enfield and Kensington & Chelsea. JRC’s

recent work has been to analyse transport strategies and

project priorities for various local authorities, to support

schemes which assist accessibility and connectivity,

economic growth and regeneration, and in specialist

cases to advise on advocacy and lobbying for such

Brell Wilson

Brell Wilson is a Researcher at Centre for London.

Since joining the Centre in 2013, Brell has worked across

its programme areas on projects covering digital skills,

local government spending, and innovation for low –

and middle-income Londoners. Brell has a degree in

Social Anthropology from Cambridge and is currently

studying for an MSc in Social Research at Birkbeck.
