How to book<br />
Learn advanced techniques on how to create casualty<br />
special effects make-up to the highest professional<br />
standards. The skills, techniques and product<br />
knowledge being used on film and TV together with<br />
the all important trouble shooting tips, will be taught<br />
by a media make-up and hair designer used to the<br />
exacting standards of working with high definition TV.<br />
• Consultation techniques using a variety of different<br />
products<br />
• Correct selection of products and equipment<br />
• Creative use of products to achieve results<br />
• Learn how to create cuts / wounds / scars / burns<br />
• Learn product knowledge / safe removal<br />
• Learn how to clean and maintain equipment<br />

VTCT theatrical and media make-up tutors<br />
Qualified to a minimum of level 2 in make-up<br />
To have developed various techniques to: create and<br />
adapt a wide variety of casualty and SFX (special<br />
effects) make-up; aid delivery of VTCT media makeup<br />
qualifications; assess to a competent level; be<br />
confident to create very realistic SFX make-up.<br />
£1150 for a maximum of ten delgates including the use<br />

Course delivered by Jennifer Lenard<br />
Jennifer is a BAFTA award winning hair and media make-up artist with<br />
extensive industry experience. Jennifer started her career as a competitive ice<br />
skater, she then went on to tour with ice shows all over the world, while touring<br />
she decided to help out back stage, where she developed skills such as: makeup;<br />
wig making; SFX make up; postiche and prosthetic make-up. Jennifer then<br />
hung up her skates and made the changeover to the world of theatre, fashion,<br />
film and TV and has never looked back. Jennifer has her own VTCT approved<br />
centre (The Biz Media Make-up and Hair Academy).<br />
