to the construction industry. Our client base includes
subcontractors, contractors, corporates, private
businesses and public sector organisations. We adopt
industry accepted approaches to cost management/
procurement. We apply these diligently and conscientiously
to each project.
Our staff regularly undertake CPD training and university
studies in order to keep abreast of developments
in the industry. In addition to our collective experience
and expertise, Our software systems enable us to deliver
efficient services to our clients. We are also currently
looking at ways in which we can further benefit
our clients using Building Information Model [BIM].
Many of QS Consults’ clients are already involved in the construction industry with
our services complementing their own. By way of example with public sector clients
we can prepare cost studies (including market testing) to enable them to make
more informed decisions regarding proposed projects and estates strategies.
On the other hand for contractors and sub-contractor’s we provide estimating and
tendering services allowing them to focus on their core business of delivering construction
