Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
transtec360 support agreements are completely
modular in design and are customized according
to your needs. Services such as the service desk,
response times, preventive maintenance and many
more are included in a single point of contact agreement.
These agreements can cover certain areas
(for example storage) or the entire IT environment.
Monitoring
Any professional IT environment would be inconceivable
without the monitoring of hardware and
software. Monitoring detects vulnerabilities before
they cause disruption to operation. The monitoring
system can also be flexibly configured to individual
requirements. Customers are notified directly or via
the transtec service desk.
Outsourcing/Outtasking

Virtual workplace
Servers no longer have to be located in an organization‘s data center. Virtual
servers in a data center and terminal server or VDI technologies support
extremely flexible access with various end devices. Besides office workplaces,
power-hungry development workplaces can also be deployed more efficiently

Cloud data storage and mail server
Today it is no longer viable in many cases to pursue the local management

Many systems are used in critical environments over extended periods of time. However, manufacturer services

Topcon Europe Medical B.V., Capelle a/d IJssel
Topcon Corporation was founded in 1932 by specializing in the production of
optical instruments. The company has expanded over the decades into a globally
active multinational business group with subsidiaries in Asia, America and
Europe. Our Dutch subsidiary ttec delivers tailor-made MDD-certified PCs for
optical coherence tomography (OCT) systems made by Topcon. Topcon profits
enormously from ttec’s broad service portfolio and holds a unique position on
the market with its MDD-certified PC systems.
iunxi B.V., Almere (Netherlands)
iunxi is active since 2005 in the field of ICT infrastructures, management and
consultancy. The four founders are techies at heart and still actively involved in
the company. The project is based on the open source software Ceph. ttec delivered
the hypervisor server systems and the storage backend server systems.
The interconnect between the hypervisor nodes is based on 10Gb Ethernet
while the interconnect between the storage nodes is done with the Mellanox
VPI adapter cards based on FDR infiniband or 40Gb Ethernet. The goal for Iunxi
is to create a scalable and easy to manage system for both hypervisor and storage.
The building blocks for this solution are energy- and cost-effective.

Deltares, Delft (Netherlands)
Deltares is an independent institute for applied research with a focus on deltas,
coastal regions and river basins. Throughout the world, they work on innovative
solutions for people, environment and society. On a constant basis, calculations
are being done and data is generated which poses exceptional requirements
on High Performance Computing, Storage and Virtualization. Together with
Deltares we developed a smart system design and created two new building
blocks that are characterized by both power efficiency and very high density.

Intermax, Rotterdam
Intermax (est. 1994) is a well-known and respected Dutch internet service provider,
offering cloud and managed hosting solutions to a variety of customers.
Their mission statement is to help and assist organizations in the use of internet
and ICT infrastructure, by providing them with advanced managed hosting. For
a specific customer environment, Intermax was looking for an easy-to-manage
storage solution with the possibility to serve high IOPS with low latency. There
turned out to be only one solution that fitted all of the specific requirements
Intermax had: Nimble Storage. It only took a proof-of-concept of 2 weeks to
convince Intermax of the converged storage capabilities the Nimble system has
to offer. Among other things they praised the easy setup of the system and the
performance figures, which were unprecedented till now.
