c o n f e r e n c e r o o m<br />

n Arthritis Foundation Land Class (A.F.L.C.). Take control<br />

of your arthritis with exercise. This class includes range of motion,<br />

muscle strengthening and/or endurance exercises, body mechanics<br />

lectures and relaxation techniques. The routines can be quickly<br />

learned to easily practice at home.<br />

n Intermediate Yoga. Integrate the mind and body through<br />

movements that will increase flexibility, strength and well being.<br />

This class is appropriate for both Gentle Yoga and Yoga participants.<br />

n Yoga. Integrate the mind and body through movement, to increase<br />

flexibility, strength and well-being. Available to all levels of<br />

practice.<br />

c Y c l e S T u d I o<br />

n Cycle 45/60. Visual imagery guides you through a challenging<br />

stationary cycling class.<br />

n Cycle Strength. This high intensity class will combine cycling<br />

with intermittent strength intervals. Get ready for your muscles to<br />

burn!<br />

I n d o o r T r A c k<br />

n Senior Walk & Weights. Join your friends for this energizing<br />

class blending walking and light resistance training. class will begin<br />

on the track and then move to Studio 1 at 11:40. Join us for the walk,<br />

the strength segment or both!<br />

p o o l<br />

n AAA (Active Aquatic Adults). Stay active at any age with light<br />

cardio and basic strength and flexibility. Available in both pools.<br />

n Aqua Challenge. This class targets all aspects of fitness<br />

through movement in the water. The first 45 minutes of class will<br />

combine creative cardiovascular and strength movements, finishing<br />

with a combination of balance and relaxation sequences through<br />

yoga.<br />

n Aqua Combo. Variety is the key to achieving results! This class<br />

will incorporate the same exercises from your favorite Aquafit class,<br />

but so much more. enjoy the latin flavor of Aqua Zumba, the core<br />

challenging movements in a deep water class, the cardiovascular<br />

benefits of water walking, increased flexibility through yoga poses<br />

and more. don’t forget your water bottle!<br />

n Aqua Fit. Get ready for this high-energy class which utilizes<br />

dynamic sports movements to motivate you! Held in lap pool.<br />

n Deep Water. This class will help you increase your core strength<br />

while performing exercises in the water such as jogging, skiing, and other<br />

exercises. All participants will use a flotation belt that will allow you freedom<br />

of movement through the water without touching or standing on<br />

the pool bottom. class will be held in the deep water, and is limited to 20<br />

participants. please obtain a voucher from the front desk to reserve your<br />

flotation belt.<br />

n H2O Drills. enjoy this athletic approach to water fitness with<br />

sports-specific drills, high intensity cardiovascular intervals and innovative<br />

strength exercises.<br />

n Senior Fit. A fun, energetic class that follows the Arthritis foundation<br />

guidelines and focuses on joint movement and light cardio. Available<br />

in both pools.<br />

S T u d I o 1<br />

n Ab Express. Sculpt your midsection in this quick power-packed<br />

abdominal workout.<br />

n Advanced Strength. This class will teach you the basic fundamentals<br />

of strength training. Be prepared to work hard and sweat a lot. A variety<br />

of equipment will be used.<br />

n Butts & Guts. Three cheers for your rear! This class will incorporate<br />

lower body and core exercises to whittle your middle and strengthen your<br />

glutes. Stability balls, BoSu balls, weights and resistance bands may be<br />

utilized.<br />

n Circuit City TRX. This circuit training class uses the TrX and other<br />

equipment to combine strength, balance and cardio for one challenging<br />

workout. Bring on the sweat!<br />

n Fit 180. This class aims to challenge you in new ways each session.<br />

A strategic, but constantly varied program utilizes strength training,<br />

cardio-intense circuits and body weight exercises. make a “180” in your<br />

fitness routine.<br />

n Fusion 220 & 235. mind and body meld in this invigorating and<br />

vitalizing 20 or 35 minute yoga and pilates fusion class. deep attention is<br />

given to breath, form, flow and body balance.<br />

n Gentle Stretch. Stretching from head to toe while seated in a chair.<br />

leave feeling refreshed and open.<br />

n Group Power. Your hour of power! A choreographed barbell program<br />

strengthening all of your major muscles.<br />

n Hard Core. learn to utilize and strengthen your core: your abdominal<br />

muscles, obliques and lower back, through strength and balance challenges.<br />

n H.I.I.T. It!. Train like the athletes and fire up your workout program<br />

with High Intensity Interval Training! We will alternate high<br />

intensity cardio and strength intervals with short rest intervals for a<br />

full-body calorie-crushing workout.<br />

n Kick Box Boot Camp. Increase your speed, agility & strength<br />

in this fierce, but fun, kickboxing interval class. You’ll perform easyto-follow<br />

combinations of upper body and lower body strikes, blocks<br />

and athletic drills alternated with full body resistance exercises.<br />

n Kinetics 250. This multi-activity class includes sport-style cardio<br />

intervals interspersed with weight training circuits and muscle<br />

isolation work. The most effective way to torch calories and test your<br />

levels of fitness and endurance!<br />

n Mat Pilates. develop and enhance your strength, flexibility,<br />

balance and core stability as you perform a series of exercises based<br />

on the work of Joseph pilates.<br />

n Stomp 250. Truly a “step-revival” …as step was originally<br />

meant to be taught. Go up, over and around for a total body, cardio<br />

driven workout using the Step. easy to follow yet inventive step patterns<br />

make this class doable and fun.<br />

n Strength Express. enjoy this short, intense full body resistance<br />

workout that delivers maximal results in a minimal timeframe!<br />

n TKO 235. non-stop movement will channel one’s inner fighter!<br />

Benefit from a total body training program focused on the power<br />

behind the punch. A blend of martial arts disciplines, each class combines<br />

punches, kicks and strikes of a knockout workout experience.<br />

n Triple Cardio. Time flies when you experience three different<br />

cardio formats in one class! class formats may include: step, double<br />

step, cardio-boxing, dance, indoor cycling, hi-low aerobics and<br />

more.<br />

n Zumba®. Add some spice and flare to your workout! This latininfused<br />

class combines high energy and motivating music, with<br />

unique movements and combinations. come dance your worries<br />
