<strong>Andrew</strong> and <strong>Peter</strong> were both disciples of Jesus. <strong>Andrew</strong> was indeed the<br />
first of Jesus's disciples.<br />
When John Baptist began to preach the good news of the coming messiah<br />
and called for repentance in the desert, <strong>Andrew</strong> became a disciple of<br />
John. He was with John the Baptist, when seeing Jesus pass by the day<br />
after he had been baptized by him, said, "Behold the Lamb of God."<br />
Joh 1:38 Then Jesus turned, and saw them following, and saith unto<br />
them, What seek ye? They said unto him, Rabbi, (which is to say, being<br />
interpreted, Master,) where dwellest thou?<br />
Joh 1:39-42 He saith unto them, Come and see. They came and saw<br />
