Trail Silver City Days is just around the corner
and the Planning Committee is very busy getting
ready to celebrate Trail’s traditions, culture and
food during our annual multi-day festival! This is
an all-ages Homecoming Celebration so be sure
to invite your family and friends to enjoy all the

Trail On Stage! Entertainment
Saturday, May 7th Noon-5pm at the Sidewalk
Café, sponsored by Teck. The big stage on the
Arena floor will come alive with many of our
local talents! Trail On Stage! will also welcome
special guests, Dan the One Man Band and
Space Commander!
The Famous
Saturday, May 7th 2pm at the Sidewalk Café,
sponsored by Kootenay Savings. Watch as Mayor
Martin takes on regional politicians in this hilarious
and fun competition. The team who makes
the most juice wins the sought-after Grape
Stomp trophy! Be at the Sidewalk Café at 2pm
to catch the juicy details and to cheer on your
favourite competitor. Also

is the KidZone. Kids can run,
jump, play games and
have fun from Noon-5pm!

market will be located on Spokane Street close
to the midway, the Spokane Street Food Fair and
other fun downtown activities happening during
Silver City Days. Interested vendors can call the

Event Parking
Downtown parking can be very difficult during the
festivities! Carpooling, walking or taking the local
transit bus are great options. Also, the committee
is investigating a shuttle bus from a convenient
location, looping to the downtown area. Watch

Free Mountain Bike Skills Clinic for Kids (Ages 7-11)
Sunday May 8th 2:30pm at Gyro Park (near boat launch )
Hosted by Kootenay Mountain Bike Coaching. Kids can learn safety tips, skills and obstacles.
All riders must have helmets to participate. Please arrive at 2:15pm.
