Delysia Eminian, Sophie Rich, Casey Weinfurtner
Goal
To increase mentor volunteers at Dress for
Success Columbus
● The mentor program consists of “developing a long-term
volunteers by 13% by the end of 2015
o
o
By the end of 2014, they had 400 mentor volunteers
If Dress for Success is successful in its GhOST-E
plan, they will gain about 50 more volunteers for
their mentor program
Strategy
● Increase the number of volunteers in Dress
for Success’ mentor program by sharing a
visual post asking for mentors and by
providing an incentive if they choose to
become one
Tactic
● Create a visual post on
Instagram (but share it to
Facebook and Twitter),
asking women to become
mentors at Dress for
Success
○ Incentive: If you bring 1 friend
to become a mentor, you will
receive a $30 Walmart gift card
Evaluation Methods
● During the campaign:
o
o
Keep track of how many Walmart gift cards are
being given away at the end of each month
1 gift card = 1 more volunteer brought into the
mentor program
● After the campaign:
o
Look at how many mentors there are at the end of
2015
