Germany’s INGENHOVEN ARCHITECTS has
designed two towers, a lifestyle residence and
an offi ce high-rise, for Tokyo’s Toranomon District.
At 220 meters, the 122,000-sm Toranomon
Hills Residential Tower will be Tokyo’s
tallest residential structure. The 175,000-sm
Toranomon Hills Business Tower will stand 185
meters tall. The project is being led by Japanese
developer MORI BUILDING.
