Black Forest Cupcakes INGREDIENTS EQUIPMENT Try these delicious cupcakes for a decadent dessert. Preheat oven to 155 degrees. STEP 1 Add cake mix, eggs and water to a bowl and mix until well combined. STEP 2 Place 100ml of vegetable oil in a microwave safe jug. Add 30 grams of dark chocolate melts and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir. If the chocolate hasn’t fully melted, cook for a few more seconds. STEP 3 Add the chocolate oil mixture to the cake batter and mix until combined. STEP 4 Drain the can of cherries and keep the liquid. (Photo 1) STEP 5 Fill each patty pan so that they are two thirds full. Place a cherry in the centre of each patty pan.
