Easy Biscuit Minion Cupcakes Kids Corner INGREDIENTS EQUIPMENT Holly (9 years old) shows you how to combine a few basic ingredients to make super easy minion cupcakes. Bake cupcakes and allow to cool completely. The ones used in this project were baked in size 550, black patty pans. STEP 1 Cut a small piece off the bottom of each biscuit so that they aren’t too tall for the cupcakes. (Photo 1) Use next so they are all similar in size. (Photo 2) Remember to take care when using a sharp knife. STEP 2 Use the black piping tube to pipe two small dots of icing where you wish the eyes to go. (Photo 3) STEP 3 Stick two candy eyes on. (Photo 4 & 5) Some minions have only one eye so you may wish to make some with one large eye. STEP 4 Squeeze the tube and ice around each eye and down the sides to give the effect of the goggles. (Photo 6) Pipe some small lines on the top for the hair. STEP 5 Place blue buttercream in a piping round nozzle.
