Current Prices and Sales by District

Figure 3 shows a box-and-whisker plot of sales prices by district during the three-month period ending April 30, 2016, with

wider boxes indicating more sales. The median price was $500,100 in Downtown LA, $639,000 in Hollywood, $559,000 in

Koreatown, $462,000 in the Tri-Cities and $825,000 on the Westside.
