Tips for Safety:
Lemon
Essential Oils are 50-70x more potent than herbs. The guiding
rule is “LESS more often is BETTER than MORE less often”
If you are new to essential oils, please make sure when
applied to your skin it is done with a carrier oil (e.g.
fractionated coconut oil, olive, almond, grapeseed, jojoba,
sunflower etc.) to avoid irritation. If you get any oils in our
eyes, do not try to rinse out with water. Simply apply a carrier
oil listed above to the irritated area and the discomfort will
disappear quickly.
Keep the bottles tightly closed and stored in a cool place
away from direct light. If stored properly, essential oils will be
potent for many years.
Simple spa visit: add 4-5 drops to 1/2 sugar and 1/4 cup
coconut oil for a simple face exfoliant.
Lavender
Add 1-3 drops to a handkerchief and throw in the dryer with
your sheets or clothes.
Peppermint
@3pm when the afternoon slump hits, put one drop in your
palm. Rub your palms together and cup your hands, placing
them near your nose and mouth for a gentle inhale. Rub the
remainder on your tight shoulders and place a finger on the
roof of your mouth of the little remaining on your hands.
Keep essential oils out of reach of children. They can be used
on children, just always diluted.

Lemon
Add 1-2 drops to the bottom of your glass water bottle, fill
with water. Shake and drink through day for a gentle cleanse.
Lavender
Place 1 drop on your pillow before you go to sleep.

Maintain a clean and good smelling cutting board by putting
1-2 drops in your dish soap before washing dishes.
Lavender
Apply to any bruise or skin burns and blemishes.
Peppermint
Apply 1-2 drops to your tummy after a super filling meal to
ease digestive discomfort.

Grab the bottle and inhale directly from it when waking up in
the morning to help you start your day with the energy and

Lemon
Add a drop to your worn out toothbrush for some
happy cleansing.
Lavender
Add 4-5 drops to a cup of Epsom salts or oatmeal
before adding to a luxurious bubble bath.
Peppermint
When stress and tension has gone to your head, apply
1 drop of peppermint on your fingers and rub on your
temples and hairline.
Lemon
Soak your stinky kitchen rags in laundry detergent and 5-10
drops lemon oil, soak overnight and wash as normal.
Lavender
Place 4-5 drops on a cotton ball and add to your vacuum bag
for a pleasant vacuum experience.
Peppermint
Add 1-2 drops to your shampoo to gently stimulate your
scalp during a wash.

Lemon
Add 2-3 drops to some olive oil for a quick and natural wood
polish.
Lavender
Add 4-5 drops in your all purpose cleaner with some vinegar and
water in a spray bottle for a well scented and effective cleaner.
Peppermint
Mix 1 drop with 1 tsp coconut oil and use as a quick mouth wash.
Lemon
Soak your cut apple slices in water with a few drops lemon
oil for freshness and taste. Adjust drop amount to your
taste preference.
Lavender
Mix 3-5 drops in a spray bottle with water and spray around
doorway to keep your house pest free. Can add peppermint to
the mix for extra protection.
Peppermint
Massage on joints after a tough workout or day of gardening.
