Summer Jam...
Last year over 7000 people flocked from across the UK to
Romney Marsh. From 7 to 17 July, JAM on the Marsh returns
with a dazzling multi-arts festival to include numerous concerts,
exhibitions, talks and master-classes, children’s events, poetry
recitals and a Marsh churches tour. BBC Radio 3 will be
broadcasting the BBC Singers concert with Dame Janet Suzman
and children can enjoy a performance of Roald Dahl’s Revolting

A fine oil painting of Firle Beacon will be just one
of the many fabulous treasures going on sale at an
exciting new event, The Firle Place Antiques Fair.
Taking place in the historic setting of the 18th
Century Riding School on 1 to 3 July, the fair will be
a major event for anyone with an interest in antiques,
fine art, collector’s items and decorative accessories.

Moonlight melodies...
Leeds Castle will once again play host to another
fabulous summer open-air classical concert. As well
as an extraordinary line-up of talented musicians,
the audience will be treated to a spectacular air
display from Headcorn’s very own Aero Legends,
as a 1940s Spitfire takes to the skies. As this year’s
host, Aled Jones will be introducing classical
favourites along with John Williams’ most iconic

Taking centre stage at this year’s Kent County
Show will be the huge food marquee, cheese and
