A sweet idea from MCS
Belfast based recruitment company MCS Group recently revealed a special 6 Sheet wrap outside Queen’s University Students’ Union, to remind
students that their future is sweet with MCS.
The fully wrapped Adshel featured a wall of sweets to help hungry students get through their exams and the last few weeks of term. Passers-by
were invited to take a snack and a photo against a special ‘selfie frame’, which was incorporated in the design. The campaign had a call to action to
upload pictures to twitter using the hashtag, #MCSSweetFuture which were entered into a competition to win an iPad, wearable tech or a TV. The
‘treat wall’ was re-stocked with sweets regularly to keep up with demand.
Allan Halsall, Media Manager at Ardmore Advertising said: “The objective of the MCS Sugarfix wrap was all about driving engagement and awareness.
Through this Adshel wrap, OOH has provided the opportunity and vehicle to have an impactful, memorable and interactive format to kick off the
wider media campaign. As a real conversation piece, this OOH format has delivered engagement offline and online, and has positioned MCS Group
in students’ front of mind, as the go-to recruitment specialist for graduates of IT, Engineering, Accountancy or Professional Services.”
