We are pleased to present a collection of tour 

ideas, developed thanks to various programmes 

for incentives and tailor-made tours for groups, 

seeking memorable experiences rather than 

just city-hopping. Thus, we combined the 

excitement and joy of exploring Portofino from 

a canoe or driving a Fiat 500 Cabrio through the 

wine-clad Langhe hills, with visits of medieval 

towns and charming villages and fine dining in 

typical – or deluxe – locations. 

Italy in Motion tours would work best for 

groups of 15-20 people. However, needless to 

say that the tours can be customized. To make 

the event even more spectacular, optional 

activities, sightseeing or catered meetings can 

be added to the programme.

The Langhe : the land of truffles and wines 

DAY 1 

Land in Milan / Turin, with meet & greet service at 

the airport. Depending on the arrival time, lunch 

can be arranged for you. Departure to the Langhe 

region, accompanied by your local guide. 

Upon arrival at your hotel and check in, you will be 

greeted with a welcome drink - sparkling wine 

with local cheeses and snacks. 

THE UNIQUE WINE BANK 

Before dinner you will have a chance to explore 

the unique Wine Bank, located on the same 

complex as the hotel. It was set up with the aim of 

preserving a historical record of Italian wine – 

here the finest wines of Italy are stocked. 

Dinner at the elegant hotel restaurant with the 

Slow Food specialties (incl. wines) 

DAY 2 

and a simple practical test, so be prepared for a 

two to three hours thrilling descent down the 

river! 

After the rafting, lunch at a restaurant nearby. 

VISIT AN EXCELLENT WINE CELLAR 

Return back to the Langhe, and you will be 

welcomed at Fontanafredda - one of the best wine 

cellars of the region - for a visit of the wine cellar 

and a wine tasting (incl. snacks). 

Before dinner you still have time to visit Alba, the 

town of the medieval towers, for pleasant walk 

through the centre with your guide. 

DAY 3 

LEARN TO COOK A TAJARIN 

Piedmont also means also excellent cuisine – it is 

the land of excellent wines and gourmet dishes! 

RAFTING IN STURA DI DEMONTE 

In the morning you will participate in a 

breathtaking rafting experience in the Stura di 

Demonte Torrent. All the necessary equipment 

will be provided for you – the life jacket, a helmet, 

etc. You will go down the rapids of the river; the 

rafting will be accompanied by an experienced 

guide, who will provide a brief introductory lesson 

Hands on pasta! Learn how to prepare a real 

Italian meal with tajarin (fresh egg spaghettis) and 

ravioli del plin (typical stuffed pasta of the region). 

At the end you will enjoy lunch with the prepared 

dishes. 

Pollenzo is also home to the University of 

Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo. The cooking 

class will be led by its personnel.

LOOK FOR TRUFFLE 

After the lunch you will visit the Università dei 

Cani da Tartufo, the unique University for truffle 

searching dogs, where you can experience directly 

the ancient art of the search. 

You will reach Roddi, where this original 

university is located, in bright red Fiat 500 cabrios 

– so enjoy the ride across the gentle Langhe hills, 

entirely covered with vineyards! 

Following the ‘trufolau’ and his dog you will stroll 

in the wood of the Langhe, looking for the precious 

truffle like it has been done for centuries. At the 

end of the truffle search activity you will have a 

chance to taste various products with truffle. 

In late afternoon, before returning to your hotel, 

stop at Barolo, the village that gave its name to the 

King of Wines, and la Morra that offers a 

wonderful panorama on the Langhe Hills. 

Farewell dinner at the superb Verduno Castle.

DAY 1 

Land at the Turin Airport (Milan Malpensa as an 

alternative); you will be greeted by your tour 

leader who will stay with you during your visit of 

Turin. Transfer to the city centre for a brief visit of 

the city, the first capital of Italy – together with 

your guide you will walk under the famous 

arcades, see the Mole Anonelliana Tower, the 

symbol of the Turin, the Royal Palace and the 

magnificent squares. 

Lunch in the city centre - at a typical trattoria near 

the cathedral of Turin that serves dishes of 

Piedmont’s cuisine.

Turin. Aperitif here is served with snacks, to relax 

after the day – dinner is still to come!

DAY 2 

After the Olympic Games that took place in Turin 

in 2006 “flying” became popular; thanks to special 

equipment it is possible to experience flying – so 

in the morning you will reach the outskirts of 

Turin and after a security briefing you will rise up 

in the air, thanks to the air tunnel that will lift you 

up (the necessary equipment will be provided). 

After a brief but intense experience, you will 

return to the city centre – the area called Lingotto, 

once an industrial area. 

Today it houses an exhibition centre, a multiplex 

and Eataly – the biggest in Italy – a tribute to the 

Italian gastronomy, where you can find the best 

Italian specialties. Lunch will be organized here – 


will enjoy a wonderful view on the city below 

hugged by the Alps. It is a wonderful place to take 

memorable photos! The place is linked to a tragic 

event when a legendary football team crashed into 

the Basilica due to thick fog. 

Once back in the city centre, you will have a 

possibility to visit one of the best museums of 

Turin – the Egyptian museum, the second after the 

one in Cairo. It is an exciting journey in the history 

and the ancient traditions of Egypt. You can visit 

the museum with headphones – comments about 

the exhibits are very valuable. 

inside Eataly, where you will find an excellent 

restaurant. 

On the way back you will drive up the Superga Hill 

and reach the Basilica of Superga – from here you

within a short walk from the museum. 

DAY 3 

Departure. 


Your excellent 4* is located in the centre of Turin, right behind Piazza San Carlo and a 10-minute 

walk from Piazza Castello. The elegant rooms are furnished in classical style, with parquet or 

carpeted floors. All rooms offer a marble bathroom, some with spa bath. The breakfast is a varied 

and abundant buffet, and it is served in the hotel's garden during the warm months. The Egyptian 

Museum and the Royal Palace are both nearby.

Where the mountains meet the sea 

DAY 1 

Arrive at the airport of Genoa, where you will meet 

your tour leader. In a few minutes you will reach 

Genoa, a city that has occupied an important place 

in the history of Italy as it used to be a mighty 

maritime republic. 

GENOA, THE MARITIME REPUBLIC 

Together with a local guide you will explore its 

historical centre, characterized by carruggi (the 

narrow streets); see the Old Port rebuilt by Renzo 

Piano, then the first bank in Europe - the bank of 

St. Giorgio, the cathedral and the Doge’s palace. 

Lunch at a restaurant on the Old Port.

Fugassa con formaggio / thin focaccia bread filled with cheese 

Trofie al pesto, patate e fagiolini / trofie pasta with pesto 

sauce, potatoes and string beans 

Semifreddo genovese al caffè e crumble di nocciole / Parfait

Vino: Vermentino ligure 

Transfer to Sestri Levante, a beautiful seaside 

town on Italy’s Ligurian coast, which lies between 

the Bay of Fables and the Bay of Silence. Afternoon 

free to explore the town and its narrow lively 

streets. 

Dinner at a typical Ligurian trattoria, which offers 

traditional dishes, many of which revisited in a 

particular way. 

DAY 2 

In the morning you will reach the Portofino 

peninsula, a protected marine area, sometimes 

called the little Saint-Tropez. A wonderful way to 

explore it is in kayak! 

PORTOFINO IN A KAYAK 

First, the kayak instructor will explain the 

paddling techniques and the safety information. 

You will then paddle along one of the most 

beautiful coasts of the Mediterranean, admiring 

the caverns and hidden creeks. You can reach the 

“piazzetta”, the famous square of Portofino, and 

admire the famous Lighthouse of Portofino. At a 

certain point you can also have a swim in the sea 

with a mask, snorkel and fins, and relax on the 

rocks. 

Lunch in Rapallo, at a restaurant overlooking the 

Rapallo Bay. 

In the afternoon you can stop at Camogli, a typical 

fishermen’s village with colourful houses, located 

on the west side of the peninsula of Portofino, on 

the Paradise Bay. Take a stroll in the village – here 

you will find many enchanting corners and 

panoramic points of view. 

Return to Sestri Levante in the late afternoon. 

Dinner at a restaurant that overlooks the Bay of 


sculptures. The only way to get to the quarries is 

in a jeep – you will drive through the amazing 

scenery of the Alps; once up in the quarries, you 

will observe the amazing process of cutting the 

marble blocks. 

You will also taste the regional delicacy - lardo di 

Colonnata (cured pork fat), produced in Carrara 

area using antique methods and preserved in 

marble containers. 

Quick lunch in Marina di Carrara. 

CINQUE TERRE 

Silence, at less than a 10 minutes’ walk from your 

hotel. 

DAY 3 

THE CARRARA QUARRIES 

In the morning you will reach the Carrara 

quarries, located at an hour’s drive from Sestri 

Levante. It is a place where the famous Carrara 

Marble came from, used by such artists as 

Michelangelo, Giotto and Bernini to create their 

In half an hour you will reach la Spezia, where you 

will take the train to Cinque Terre – the amazing 

villages on the cliffs. You will still have time to 

explore at least two of them, such as Monterosso 

and Vernazza. 

Dinner at a restaurant near Sestri Levante – it has 

a unique ambience as it has stone walls and unique 

design elements. 

DAY 4 

Departure. 


The hotel is located in Sestri Levante, only 150 m from the beach and a few steps from the city 

centre. It has an outdoor pool with hydro massage, a panoramic rooftop terrace, and a free steam 

bath. All rooms are air conditioned and have a balcony or small garden, some with sea views. They 

also feature satellite TV a nd a minibar. Several relaxing wellness facilities are available on site.

Milan – Florence - Rome 

DAY 1 

Arrive in Milan (Malpensa or Linate Airport), 

transfer to the city centre. Here you will meet a 

local guide for a visit of the city centre. You will see 

the centre where the most famous landmarks are 

concentrated - the Sforzesco Castle, the Cathedral 

of Milan, the Gallery Vittorio Emanuele II, and the 

Scala Theatre (no entries). 

Lunch at a restaurant, before reaching your hotel 

for the check in. After a short break, you will reach 

the Porta Ticinese, where the old system of canals 

Navigli are located. They once interconnected 

Milan making it a navigable city. 

The area has been rebuilt and modernized for the 

Expo fair. Like real Milanesi (the inhabitants of 

Milan), first take an aperitivo (a pre-dinner drink 

with appetisers) in one of the numerous bars of 

the Navigli. Born in Turin, the aperitif is now a 

tradition here in Milan. 

Dinner on the Navigli Canals (Naviglio Grande 

Canal), in a rustic trattoria that serves typical 

dishes of the region.

Petto d’anatra rosolato al rosmarino con purea di patate / 

browned duck breast with rosemary and potato purée

DAY 2 

THE ULTRA-MODERN MILAN 

After breakfast, check out. Before leaving Milan, 

you will stop in the district Porta Nuova, the ultramodern 

part of the metropole. You will walk on 

the Gaia Aulenti Square, and see the Unicredit 

Bank headquarters as well as the Bosco Verticale 

(the vertical forest, one of the most innovative 

skyscrapers in the world - apart from having a 

modern design, it has trees planted on the 

balconies). You will then take a walk on Corso 

Como, the pedestrian area – a place of art, design, 

fashion and restaurants. 

Lunch in one of the trendy restaurants of Corso 

Como. 

REACH FLORENCE 

Transfer to the central train station, where you 

will take a high speed train to Florence (can be 

reached in 1 hr 40 min). Your hotel is located near 

the train station Santa Maria Novella. Check in. 

Dinner at a restaurant. 

DAY 3 

After breakfast, meet a local guide for a short visit 

of the city centre – the guide will illustrate you the 

landmarks of the capital of the Renaissance Art, 


and give some information about the importance 

of Florence. You will see the Piazza della Signoria 

with its statues, the Cathedral with its 

Brunelleschi Dome, the Giotto’s Tower and the Old 

Bridge. 

THE CHIANTI 

After the guided visit a transfer to the Chianti 

region has been arranged for you - here you will 

enjoy lunch at a typical Tuscan restaurant in the 

countryside (on the menu – the Tuscan 

specialties), and visit one of the many wine cellars, 

in which the precious Chianti Classico is produced. 

A wine tasting will be arranged for you. 

Return to Florence, dinner and overnight stay. 

DAY 4 

You will reach Rome by high-speed train (1 ½ hrs). 

A transfer to your hotel has been arranged for you. 

Check in. After lunch at the hotel’s restaurant, you 

will meet you local guide for a visit of the antique 

part of Rome – you will see the Colosseum and the 

Roman Forum. The guide will give you some hints 

about the history of Rome. 

Dinner at a restaurant in the centre. 

After dinner, you will have a chance to admire 

Rome, illuminated by city lights – together with a 

local guide you will take a walk in the centre of 

Rome – you will see some of the landmarks that 

made Rome famous (the Spanish Steps, the 

Navona Square, the Pantheon and of course the 

Trevi Fountain). 

DAY 5 

Transfer to the airport and departure.

And its secrets 

DAY 1 

Venice is one of the most bellowed destinations; 

its lagoon is spread over more than 100 islands, 

and Venice itself is memorable. You will 

experience its uniqueness – see the unforgettable 

canals and the particular architecture! 

Land at Venice Airport and meet your tour leader. 

Transfer to Venice by water taxis, which will bring 

you to the hotel. Check in and leave your baggage. 

Lunch at the hotel. 

After lunch you will reach the centre for a short 

visit, accompanied by a local guide – you will see 

the famous St. Mark’s square, dominated by the 

basilica and the bell tower – il Campanile. You will 

also enter the Doge’s Palace, standing on the St 

Mark’s Square. Probably the most exciting way to 

discover the palace is following the secret 

itinerary; you will see the rooms of the palace and 

the prisons, which offers an exciting insight into 

the history of the Republic of Venice during its 

golden times, when it was a mighty maritime 

republic. 

You will see the Office of the Great Chancellor, the 

Chamber of the Secret Chancellery, the Chambers 

of the Inquisitors, and other rooms and chambers 

of the Venetian administration, arriving at the 

torture chamber and the prison cells. 

A GONDOLA RIDE 

Finish the tour by a half an hour gondola ride in 

the canals of the centre, past the Venetian 

buildings - a must-do experience! (6 persons per 

gondola) 

Dinner at a central restaurant. The cuisine of 

Venice is dominated by fish dishes, seasoned with 

olive oil, herbs and garlic. 

DAY 2 

THE COLOURS OF BURANO AND THE 

GLASS OF MURANO 

After breakfast, you will enjoy a tour in the 

Venetian Lagoon, the largest lagoon in the 

Mediterranean – you will also reach the islands of 

Murano and Burano. 

Burano will amaze you with its colours - is among 

the most colourful cities in the world; you will be 

intrigued by the reflections of the houses in the 

green water, the tranquility of the local ladies 

while embroidering, and the solemnity of the 

leaning bell tower! 

Proceed to Murano, an island famous for glassblowing 

– glass has been made here for centuries! 

The island has also its glass museum. You will visit 

one of the many glass workshops – called fornace 


THE SECRETS OF THE VENETIAN MASKS 

Undoubtedly, one of the symbols of the city are the 

carnival masks – they have a long tradition here in 

Venice. 

You will discover the secret of how these Venetian 

masks are made. In this authentic workshop 

authentic marks are created, you will decorate 

your own papier mâché mask; the instructor will 

also explain the techniques of making the Venetian 

masks and will give some historical hints of how 

the masks were used in Venice throughout the 

centuries. 

– and observe how the curious, stylish handcrafted 

objects (jewellery, souvenirs, etc) from 

glass are made.

DAY 3

A weekend in the Chianti 

DAY 1 

Land in Florence (Pisa as an alternative), with 

meet & greet service at the airport. Depending on 

the arrival time, lunch can be organised for you. 

The transfer to your hotel has been arranged, 

accompanied by your local guide. 

In the afternoon Siena will welcome you for a visit 

– the town is located within 25 minutes from your 

hotel. It is one of the most important art centers 

of Tuscany, and a guided visit will illustrate what 

Siena is famous for: the Cathedral is definitely 

worth a visit, but the most famous is its main shellshaped 

square, Piazza del Campo where the Palio 

(the traditional horse race) takes place. 

In the centre of Siena you will be invited for a 

tasting of different wines, led by a sommelier. 

Welcome dinner with a rich menu. 

DAY 2 

THE CHIANTI VINEYARDS AND ANCIENT 

WINE CELLARS 

After breakfast, meet your full day tour leader, and 

depart. Today you will enjoy the day in the 

stunning Chianti region and taste various wines 

(incl. the chianti, the king of the region). Chianti 

offers many things to see, such as the medieval 

villages and castles, scattered here and there, and 

of course the wine cellars. The area is also perfect 

for wine tastings. It also offers wonderful 

possibilities to taste the wine and local products. 

You will stop at Badia di Passignano, a place 

famous for its abbey. First, you will have a chance 

to have a walk in the vineyards, where the growing 

techniques will be explained to you. 

Afterwards you will visit their wine cellar to see 

how the wine barrels are kept. 

LUNCH AT A 1* MICHELIN RESTAURANT 

Lunch at an top class restaurant located nearby (1 

Michelin Star) – the restaurant has a traditional 

yet chic atmosphere. The lunch will be 

accompanied by such wines as Chianti Classico 

and Brunello di Montalcino. 

In the afternoon you will enjoy a scenic drive in the 

heart of the Chianti, visiting such famous localities 

as Greve in Chianti (the so-called gate into 

Chianti), Panzano in Chianti and Castellina in 

Chianti – villages immersed in vineyards, on which 

Sangiovese grapes are cultivated. 

Finish the day with a dinner at a restaurant La 

Locanda del Castello. Here you can taste the 

Tuscan specialties (don’t miss the selection of 

local cheeses and the fiorentina di chianina), all 

this accompanied by local wines.

WITH VESPAS TO SAN GIMIGNANO 

Quite near, San Gimignano is located – driving 

along the scenic Tuscan roads you will reach this 

medieval town on the typical Vespas, the scooters

COOK SOME ITALIAN SPECIALTIES 

After breakfast, you will be involved in a cooking 

class with the chef of the hotel’s restaurant. 

You will learn how to prepare the home made 

pasta, the delicious Italian focaccia and a pasta 

dressing – all this with local ingredients! Lunch at 

the hotel restaurant with the menu prepared by 

..you! 

A VISIT OF FLORENCE 

In the morning, reach Florence and enjoy a guided 

visit through the city centre (incl. entrance in the 

Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore, and the visit of 

the Brunelleschi Dome and the baptistery). 

Lunch at an exclusive restaurant, La Terrazza 

Brunelleschi of the Hotel Baglioni – the restaurant 

is located on the rooftop, in the place where art 

meets excellent gastronomy. After lunch, transfer 

to the airport and departure.

Art and wines 

DAY 1 

ROME AND ITS LANDMARKS 

Arrive in Rome Fiumicino and meet your tour 

leader. A transfer to Rome has been arranged for 

you, where you will meet a local guide for a 

welcome tour through the city centre to admire 

the famous landmarks. 

Start at Campo de’ Fiori, then reach Piazza Navona, 

Pantheon, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, 

the oval square Piazza del Popolo, and finally, Villa 

Borghese Park with Pincio, the panoramic 

“balcony” – from here you can have a breathtaking 

view on Rome and St Peter’s. 

After this walking tour reach your hotel, check in. 

Dinner at the hotel. 

DAY 2 

THE VATICAN 

Today you will visit the Vatican – you will see the 

St. Peter’s square, where on Sundays the Papal 

Audience takes place, the Vatican Museums – the 

museum complex that holds a unique collection of 

paintings, graphic art and sculptures, and St. 

Peter’s Church. 

Here you will meet a local guide who will guide 

you through the numerous rooms of the Vatican 

Museums – long galleries, which contain a wide 

range of valuable artworks from classic canvases 

and sculptures, to Etruscan bronzes and papal 

apartments, culminating in the Michelangelo’s 

Sixtine Chapel. 

You will also enter the St. Peter’s. Right next to the 

main entrance stands one of the most celebrated 

masterpieces - Michelangelo’s Pietà – Madonna 

cradling her son. 

You can also climb the dome for some 

breathtaking views. The climb to the top of the 

dome proceeds through progressively narrower 

stairs but the panorama, however, will be 

rewarding! 

As the Vatican Museums has a limited number of 

access times, lunch will be arranged before or after 

the visit. 

Together with your tour leader you will now reach 

the Castel Sant’Angelo Castle (Hadrian’s 

Mausoleum), and from there – cross the Vittorio 

Emanuele II Bridge and you will be back in the city 

centre. You will still have some time to take a walk, 

to admire the landmarks or take some photos.

DAY 3 

MONTALCINO AND MONTEPULCIANO 

Today you will leave Rome and proceed towards 

Tuscany – a region famous for Florence, the capital 

of Renaissance, the medieval towns such as Siena 

and San Gimignano, and of course its wines 

(Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino, Montepulciano, 

etc) and its gastronomy. You will arrive in 

Montepulciano at lunchtime. After lunch at a 

typical trattoria here, in Montepulciano, you will 

have some time to explore the charming village. In 

the afternoon you will visit an excellent wine 

cellar in Montalcino, located nearby, and taste the 

famous Brunello di Montalcino. 

Afternoon free to explore Siena. Overnight stay 

and dinner in Siena. 

DAY 4 

In the morning you will reach San Gimignano, the 

town of the medieval towers, lying halfway 

between Florence and Siena. The town with its 

towers – a symbol of wealth and power - 

dominates the landscape offering a fantastic view. 

Take a walk through the town with your tour 

leader. You can reach the Rocca di Montestaffoli, 

the ruins of the 14th century fortress, and climb 

the torre grossa (the big tower). 

Lunch at a pretty restaurant, Taverna di Bibbiano 

that has a nice view on San Gimignano towers.

Sformato di ricotta e zucchine su mousse fredda di pomodorini 

freschi / flan with ricotta cheese and courgettes with a cherry 

tomato mousse 

In the afternoon you will explore the Chianti area, 

which gives the red wine, recognized worldwide. 

You can stop at one of the typical villages, such as 

Greve in Chianti, Panzano in Chianti or Castellina 

in Chianti. In this area you will find a number of 

medieval castles, many of which having their own 

wine cellars. You can also visit one of them, such 

as the Verazzano Castle or Meleto Castle – you can 

explore the castle, surrounded by vineyards and 

taste their wines (incl. Chianti Classico). Reach 

Florence, check in and dinner. 

DAY 5 

This day is dedicated to Florence, the Queen of 

Renaissance Art. In the morning you will meet 

your local guide, who will guide you through the 

centre, illustrating the main landmarks (the Piazza 

della Signoria Square and its amazing statues, the 

town hall Palazzo Vecchio, and the Cathedral Santa 

Maria del Fiore with its Brunelleschi Dome). 

GALLERIA DEGLI UFFIZI 

After lunch at a restaurant in the centre, you will 

have a possibility to enter the Galleria degli Uffizi, 

the top museum of Florence. It houses a very 

important collection of Italian Renaissance 

artworks (such as Botticelli’s Primavera and the 

Birth of Venus, Titian’s Venus of Urbino, as well as 

many other paintings and statues by 

Michelangelo, Caravaggio, Rembrandt. Giotto, and 

many others). The Uffizi Gallery also hides the 

Corridoio Vassariano, a secret passage of the 

Medici family above the Old Bridge (can be opened 

upon a special reservation). You will exit at the 

Boboli Gardens on the other side of the River Arno. 

Dinner at a central restaurant. 

DAY 6 

Transfer to the Florence or Pisa Airport and 

departure. 

Please note the visit of the Vatican Museums and the 

Uffizi Art Gallery in Florenze depends on the available 

entrance time. The entrance into the Corridoio 

Vassariano cannot be guaranteed.

DAY 1 

Arrive at the airport Roma Fiumicino, where you 

will meet your tour leader. A private transfer has 

been arranged for you to reach your hotel, located 

in the centre of Rome. Check in. 

ROME IN MOTION 

After lunch, be prepared to discover Rome in an 

active way - a 2-hour tour on a Segway. Together 

with your guide you will discover the famous 

landmarks, such as the Piazza del Popolo, 

Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Palazzo Chigi, etc. It is 

an exciting way to see what Rome is proud of! 

MINICRUISE ON THE RIVER TIBER 

In the afternoon you will take a minicruise on the 

Tiber River! Embark at the St. Angelo Bridge and 

you will be able to admire Rome from water, 

cuising past the highlights of the centre of the 

eternal city. An “aperitivo” - glass of wine is 

included! 

Dinner in the city centre – the menu consists of 

typical Roman specialties.

COLLI ALBANI – THE ROMAN HILLS 

Leave the busy city centre and proceed to the 

Albani Hills, a region just outside Rome, famous 

for the volcanic lakes and various pretty villages, 

such as Castel Gandolfo, where the pope’s summer 

residence is located, then Nemi, lying at the Nemi 

Lake, and Frascati. 

Lunch in a typical rural restaurant - agriturismo 

(not forgetting about frascati – the fresh wine from 

the region). 

JAMES BOND MISSION 

After dinner at a central restaurant, you will follow 

the tracks of James Bond in the film “Spectre” 

during his nighttime car chase in Rome. From the 

comfort of a sleek black van, you’ll zip around the 

city, experiencing the historical center’s narrow, 

winding streets and seeing key spots from the film.

You will be taken behind the scenes, revealing how 

in some cases the real Rome differs from the

DAY 3 

THE SEVEN HILLS OF ROME.. ON A VESPA 

The hills of Rome are group of hills on which the 

ancient city of Rome was built – they are more 

ridges of land than hills; the Capitoline is the only 

distinct hill today. 

Lunch at a central restaurant. 

Afternoon free to explore the centre of your own, 

or visit one of the many museums the city offers. 

Before leaving the eternal city, enjoy farewell 

dinner at the restaurant of the roof garden of the 

Mecenate Palace hotel – apart from the excellent 

cuisine, it has a 360 0 view over Rome! 

DAY 4 

Departure. 


Your 4* hotel is located in Rome's Monti District, at just a 5-minute walk from the Coliseum and 

100 m from the underground station Cavour. The Forum and the Parco di Traiano are both less 

than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The rooms of the hotel are air conditioned and come with a 

minibar and satellite TV. Some have views of Rome’s rooftops. It has two restaurants; one offers 

international cuisine in elegant surroundings, while the other specialises in Roman dishes as well 

as classic Italian cuisine.

DAY 1 

NAPLES AND ITS UNDERGROUND 

Land at the airport of Naples, and meet your local 

guide. 

A bus transfer to Naples has been arranged for 

you; check-in in your central 4*. Together with a 

local guide, visit the centre of Naples (on Unesco 

heritage list). See the historical centre - the 

buzzing piazzas and the cultural highlights. 

TO VESUVIUS IN 4 X 4 

After lunch, you will explore the Vesuvius, an 

active volcano, still considered one of the most 

dangerous volcanos in the world. You will reach 

the entrance of the Vesuvius National Park and 

board 4×4 vehicles - they will take you up to the 

crater of Mount Vesuvius. You will drive through 

volcanic landscapes with an amazing view on the 

bay of Naples. The view from here is fantastic! 

In the afternoon you can have a chance to descend 

into the underground world of Naples – under the 

city lies a labyrinth of tunnels, tanks and cavities. 

Built as mines for the stone used to construct the 

buildings, the tunnels have been then used as 

catacombs, secret meeting places, and shelter 

during World War II. Dinner and overnight stay in 

Naples. 

DAY 2 

VISIT POMPEII 

After breakfast, check out. Head south, and in 

about 30 Min reach the archeological site of 

Pompeii. Together with a local guide you will walk 

through this important site, destroyed about 2000 

years ago - it is one of the main attractions of the 

bay of Naples. The guide will show you the old 

streets, the thermal baths, the villas of the well-off 

Romans, and other facilities. 

In the late afternoon, reach Sorrento, check in. 

Dinner at the hotel restaurant. 

DAY 3 

CAPRI AND ANACAPRI 

Meet your tour leader for a full day excursion to 

Capri, one of the most beautiful islands in Europe. 

Reach the island by a local ferry. In a minibus, 

proceed to Anacapri, the quiet neighbour of the 

principal town Capri. Anacapri is a charming 

whitewashed village, lying high in the mountains 

(you may also wish to reach Mount Solaro with a 

chairlift). 

In the late afternoon, weather permitting, it is 

possible to explore the famous Blue Grotto (Grotta 

Azzurra), a magical cave of about 50 m, which 

appears to glow in a bright blue light. You can 


Then head towards Ravello – formerly a 

fisherman’s village, but today – one of the most 

charming places on the whole Amalfi Coast. In the 

centre of the village you will find the glorious 

church of Santa Maria Assunta, which boasts a 

majolica cupola. Of course, a visit of Amalfi is on 

programme too! Lunch in Amalfi. 

Dinner at your hotel upon return. 

DAY 5 

THE SECRETS OF PIZZA AND LIMONCELLO 

MAKING

DAY 4 

AMALFI IN A CABRIO 

After a briefing regarding the driving rules and 

safety, you will explore the Sorrento Coast in a 

cabrio (Volkswagen Maggiolone, FIAT 500 or Alfa 

Romeo). 

Reach Positano for a brief visit. This fascinating 

small town lies on a cliff, and from there a 

wonderful view over the Mediterranean Sea and 

the Amalfi Coast opens. 

Breakfast at the hotel. Today you will learn the 

secrets of two culinary delights that have become 

real symbols! Before lunch will have a chance to 

make your own pizzas – it is a unique experience 

to learn the secrets of the authentic pizza this 

region is so proud of! You will be shown how to 

prepare the pizza dough and the pizza toppings. 

You will also visit a lemon grove and taste 

limoncello. You will take a walk through the 

lemon grove and learn how to prepare this 

delicious liquor. 

Farewell dinner in Sorrento. 

DAY 6 

Departure. 

THE SUGGESTED hotel 

The 4* hotel boasts a beautiful view across the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. It lies 250 m from 

the beach in the quiet town of Sant'Agnello. It is just 2 minutes on the Circumvesuviana train to the 

centre of Sorrento. The restaurant serves regional and Italian dishes accompanied by a rich salad bar.

You will receive our offer/offers with the requested

provided. The tour contents as well as the payment & 

booking conditions (incl. gratuities) shall be indicated in 

both our offers and the confirmation of each tour. 

The booking (acceptance) shall be effected in writing, 

after which you will receive a confirmation of the tour. 

It will not only list the travel arrangements and define 

the general terms (binding for both parties) but also 

contain information on the cancellation policy (incl. the 

date of free cancellation if possible) and the payment 

deadline, which depend on the requirements of the 

service suppliers. 

Unless otherwise indicated, the services must be 

prepaid. The payment conditions shall be indicated in 

our offer and set out in the confirmation of the tour – 

such conditions depend on the service suppliers 

involved. Special conditions for hotel accommodation 

may apply, e.g. gratuities, specific cancellation 

conditions and a deposit at the confirmation. 

Generally, tours for groups are subject to a minimum 

number of participants. In case the minimum number is 

not reached, we reserve the right to modify the price and 

the terms & conditions. 

Flights are generally not included but can be arranged 

upon request for corporate group tours (incentives). 

Unless otherwise provided, all prices are net and include 

the local taxes, except the city tax if applicable. A 

number of cities in Italy have introduced such a city tax; 

it shall be paid on the spot (may be added to the invoice 

if expressively requested).

More detailed information (meeting points, contact N. of the 

tour leaders, menus, etc.) will be indicated in the travel 

programme, sent to you before the arrival (normally not later 

than 14 days prior to the tour). 

The programme may be altered, but any request of the 

amendment to the programme itself or the offered services 

shall be submitted to Mistral Incoming Italia in writing. Based 

on the nature of the amendment, we reserve the right to modify 

the price, the date /time of the service accordingly or change 

the service provider if necessary. 

The invoice or invoices for the payments to be settled will be 

sent to you via e-mail, and the payment shall be settled by bank 

transfer to the Mistral Incoming Italia bank account, which 

shall be indicated on the invoice. Mistral Incoming Italia will 

guarantee the services only after the receipt of the bank 

transfer, and shall issue vouchers to be presented to each 

service supplier as a proof of the payment.

could do our best to deal with the situation that has occurred 

and take remedial action. In the event of a problem involving 

negligence of any of our suppliers we might not accept any 

complaints or refund requests after the departure from Italy if 

such a problem has not been reported during the stay. Please 

report within 7 working days after the tour in writing.
