TEAM BUILDING HUMAN POT<strong>EN</strong>TIAL Based on the creation of a blazon of the project, this exercise aims to reflect on the values of the project, its history (how did), the value proposition and the future of the project/business. Through the design must be structured blazons which are the points described above, trying not to include text. The difficulty of transmitting at drawing what is clear in words, allows to reflect and view the project. To wrap up the exercise are made public presentations. GOALS - Clarify key points in structuring a project; - Creating a visual image of the project. METHODOLOGY - Creation of a project blazon; - Public presentation of blazon. TARGET GROUP - Entrepreneurs in the initial phase of designing a business.
TEAM BUILDING MARKETING Are initially presented some examples, on video, actions of guerilla marketing. Later are suggested some words that appear in the presentations of the marketing plans of the projects. Before the presentation there is space for reflection and structuring the marketing plan. Are data feedback during the public presentations, with the aim of enhancing actions with a strong impact. GOALS - To increase marketing structured actions. METHODOLOGY - Presentation of guerilla marketing examples; - Structuring a marketing plan; - Public presentation of marketing plans. TARGET GROUP - Entrepreneurs.
