Pride and joy The 29 August sees the annual Pride event hitting the streets of the city with the theme of ‘Once Upon a Time’. This year we’ve teamed up with Sunday Assembly (see page 12) so will be warming up our vocal chords for a good old sing-song. We’re handing over the decorating to tenants so if you would like to be a part of the fun contact phil.lukes@ onemanchester.co.uk Culture vultures Manchester is renowned for being at the forefront of culture, with an abundance of theatres, galleries and creative spaces across the city. But for lots of reasons, not everyone makes the most of the activities on offer. That’s why we’re always looking for cultural ambassadors to help make sure local people enjoy the city’s activities. So whether rugby, theatre or comedy is your thing, contact phil.lukes@ onemanchester.co.uk to find out how you can get involved. 2 | @onemcr
