outlet. The business will challenge other high street operators such<br />

Foggy and Oscar conceived the concept from a detailed study on<br />
pub, bar and café society throughout Europe and America.<br />

The name in itself conjures up a safe and friendly environment that<br />
translates your third place into reality. Home, work and the third<br />
place being your own personal space.<br />
Never experiencing a real comfortable and sociable atmosphere to<br />
look forward to between work and home, our concept revolves<br />
around providing our guests with a great experience incorporating<br />
both high quality food and exceptionally friendly service, all<br />
encompassed in an environment which you can call an extension of<br />
