We are seeking an experienced and qualified finance director for this growing housing and support provider. You will

take the lead in advising the CE and the Board on a wide spectrum of financial matters. You will be keeping an eye

on operational details, building the capacity and confidence of the junior team. The role also includes responsibility

for corporate leadership; governance/company secretary; ICT and HR. The role will suit someone who is able to

give good advice having weighed up risk and opportunity, and be accountable for that advice. Business planning

experience at director level experience is essential as is experience of working to a Board.

for strategic support, this role is very much about delivering a smooth financial reporting and management

accounting system. You will be line managing a small team, and working closely with other senior colleagues who are

your internal customers. So anticipating their needs, providing them with the information they need to run frontline

services efficiently is going to be a key success factor in this role.
